I ordered a daves of singles meal with no condiments and instead of giving me a new bun, they just wiped off the mayonnaise, you can still see the mayonnaise on the pickles. Luckily, I'm not allergic because this would have been a lawsuit. I suggest they get their team in order. Because this could have been much worse if I was allergic

LITERALLY DISGUSTED , My significant other wanted Wendy’s so I went too the drive through and got the food and left . I got back (2 mins ) down the road and there was missing items and the food was soggy and cold ! I called via phone to see if there was anyway that they could just give me the items that were missing and I told them the food was cold but no worries I just want what I paid for …. They hung up ….. You’re lucky I have Jesus in my life now because Wendy’s would be wearing it on the front window …. DONT GO HERE…, EVER EVEN IF YOUR STARVED

The food was cold and old! The staff were very rude. When I went there were no other customers and I think that's very fitting with the service you get. The fries were hard and cold and the burger was also cold. Workers had attitude right when you start ordering. Overall, there's other fast food in the area that have better service and workers who care about what they serve.

Literally last few hours of the store being open went into the drive through they decided to ignore people for hours in the drive through only saying hold on and then never took orders and stalled till the place closed not cool needs new staff immediately.

I did a mobile app for a $.67 frosty to get the offer. Offer said to drive up to the window and when I drove up to the window, they said to pull up to the parking spot for mobile orders. Then someone came out and said that the frosty doesn’t work and that I would have to cancel it on the app. We tried to figure out how to do that didn’t work. She walked in to try to do it on her end and didn’t work. She walked out eight minutes later with the frosty. What should’ve been a quick one minute mobile order pick up took 15 minutes or more because the frosty came out with no straw and spoon so I had to pull back around to figure out how I’m gonna eat it. The service was with a lot of attitude. Horrible service… SHE LIED!

The food was hot, and service was fast! I received my food literally 25 seconds after paying for it. This was the definition of fast food. Definitely gonna come back often.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but this location was well below Wendy standards. We arrived around 8:30 pm on a weeknight. We walked up to the counter and attempted to order a spicy chicken sandwich and a salad. But both items were not available. The cashier didn’t provide much details beyond: “we don’t have anymore”. So we just ordered what was in stock. When our food was ready, we picked it up at the counter and asked for napkins, again the cashier stated they that didn’t have anymore napkins. I asked about the self serve ketchup cups and again they were all out. Instead of offering any solutions, the cashier stood there looking amused by it all. So I asked for ketchup packets and anything that would work as a napkin. He grabbed a few ketchup packets from the drive thru window area. And he ripped off some industrial paper towels from behind the counter from a large roll. Needless to say this was an awful experience. And don’t get me started on the soda machine. Avoid this location if you can. I think a healthy dose of customer service training as well as better inventory management is desperately needed here.

My husband and I eat Wendy's at least once a week. The food is always fresh and hot and keeps us coming back. If your in a hurry but still want a decent meal Wendy's is a good way to go.
