I have been dining at this establishment for years and I have been there when things were very bad and the current management has done a wonderful job turning things around but today not so much i ordered my food and paid and I was watching customers come and go and finally I said something about it and several employees were joking around and I called it to the manager’s attention and he rectified the problem quickly but one employee was laughing and speaking in her native language to another employee as if she was making fun of the situation NOT GOOD for business

Will never be back. Ordered breakfast ON July 30, 2025. They got my order wrong. I had to come back and one of the biscuits had already been eaten by my friend. The manager would only agree to give me one even though THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG

I order on DoorDash usually and there’s always something messed up when I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a taco salad with grilled chicken and nuggets on the side. The salad came with NO chicken and the nuggets were cold and crusty, they didn’t even give me silverware or dressing for the salad 🙄
The burger was very nasty and red inside. The e Lettuce was wilted and taste very old. I think I got food poisoning. Don't go to this Wendy!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The frys taste like oil grease.

The double burger was very good. Natural cut fries were fresh and hot and the New Strawberry 🍓 Poptart Frosty was GREAT and well overdue. What took Wendy's so darn long to finally make an Ice Cream product worth buying?

As a manager Oscar didn't really understand English or speak it. Order was wrong. I was greeted not within an adequate time as I was the only person in line. Made a big deal about me getting a cup holder because I only had two beverages. Didn't give me my receipts as well as didn't have any minute maid beverages available.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced coming from who I think is the shift manager. Rude and argumentative. I asked for a $1 drink to be added to my order and was told she had already given me a small cup. I responded the add says any size for a dollar after too much back and forth for me to be a paying customer she told me I could have a medium cup which she just put on the counter and walked away. After asking for the number to the owner or supervisor she just walked away.
