Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes in the rain after someone said to give them one moment. We said hello several times and no one answered again after that. We gave up and drove off but then saw the employee hiding behind the wall on their phone. No customers ahead of us and none in store. A line of customers behind us at the drive thru. We figured if they didn’t want to work that bad tonight we didn’t want to chance it on the food. We drove somewhere else

They didn't put my daughters cheese fries on our order so when we got home we were expecting to find them after telling them cheese fries 3 times.

Girl at counter took the order of customer in front of me, then pretended I didn't exist. Stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged, and when I asked for service, I was told they had more important things to do than sell me food.

I’m a level 8 reviewer.. reviewed lot of restaurants. Never given such a feedback to any restaurant. The lady took the order was too rude and she called herself as general manager, let her be a GM.

The way she responded to customer is not soo good.. i thought of paying and going without picking the ordered food..

Unbelievable! I came through the drive thru with my family. Young dude with the tattoo behind his ear wanted to be nonchalant about taking our order. A biggie bag was ordered, a 6 count nugget meal was also ordered with a frosty and ginger ale (they didn’t have other fountain drinks) when we got home, they gave us a large fries container with a small amount of fries and the frosty was missing as well as another fries was missing. I tried calling there was no answer. I returned with my wife and that little boy tried arguing with me that he got our order correct. After explaining the situation, he returned to the drive thru and focused on the customers there and basically left me standing there. I had to shout to get the shift lead’s attention after 10 minutes just to get my fries and frosty. I’ve done food & beverage for nearly 10 years and his attitude nearly sent me through the roof! Speed of survive is still important as well as customer satisfaction and that young man failed tremendously. If you don’t care about your job, don’t apply! I guess I gotta take my business to Burger King. At least they’re properly staffed and have a better attitude.

Horrible, didnt give me any silverware even though I ordered chilli. Ordered through drive through and had to go in and ask for sauces that were never put in the bag. Nobody even looked up at the counter and had to flag someone down from the kitchen to get the sauces. Finally got to the chilli and it was cold like it was sitting out. Pretty bad when Popeyes has better customer service than Wendy’s.

We stopped here on the way to Alabama. I got the bacon cheeseburger. It was good and meaty. The fries were ok, and they were HOT! The food service time was decent as well. Staff was super nice.
