Before coming with my kids we looked online and saw that the store closed at midnight arrived with my 2 children at 11:30my app order processed and the drive through person said sorry we are closed and could not process a refund. … they decided to close early I guess but We could not cancel our through the app because the app stated the order was already processed. No empathy or customer service. Visit another Wendy’s location this location if not with the headache and scam.. we lost points, money and time with this location

Told me to park to wait for my food, forgot about me and then “couldn’t make breakfast” anymore after I spent $9 for my food. Offered me a $5 biggie bag as compensation which is ridiculous. Wasted an hour of my time with nothing to show for it. Had to leave after the manager was adamant about not compensating me for my wasted time. Honestly lost brain cells talking to her.

This restaurant, like so many others, asks every customer to pull forward to fraudulently trim a couple seconds off their drive-thru clock. Literally every time I've been asked to pull forward, someone brings my food out to me that 100% had to be ready within 10 seconds of them asking me to pull up into a parking space, which then I have to wait for passing traffic to back out of and be on my way. Then they don't give you a receipt to take a survey.

11:39pm drove up to the drive through and automated operator said they are closed and to come back another day during business hours, they were still in the restaurant and were serving people that were parked on the side people walked up to the window and were arguing with workers. I suggest they update the business hours because they are closing earlier than the actual closing time.

My fiancé just brought us home dinner from this Wendy’s, I got a 10 count nugget and a Baconator fry, nuggets were fine, but when I went to eat my fries, I noticed a lot of grease in the bottom of the container, I managed to poor most of it out on a plate, but there was still so much grease, I’m assuming from the bacon. It made the fries soggy, bitter, and slimy, I quite literally vomited after that. Then we tried calling the store to make a complaint to the manager on shift, called about 5 times, to no answer, shocking!! I know y’all are gonna see those missed calls so call us back 🫶
