Imagine expecting $15+ an hour to serve people the wrong food, cold food, and have the attitude of a petulant child and zero work ethic beyond "showing up." I'm not saying you gotta enjoy fast food work, but if you're gonna just do nothing/hate it every day, then just go find something else.

This is not an A1 review nor a good morning.I stopped for the breakfast baconator as you can see NO BACON?This meal cost $8 it should not lack and I won't be back!We have to stop patronizing places that don't give exceptional service.

If you want a frosty just go to QT it’s the same thing for $1.49 plus you get more. Wendy’s willgive you a kids meal frost for $1.49. Don’t buy it here , Go to QT you will be much happier! I was very disappointed in the service at Wendy’s. They sell the kids size frosty to adults if you ask for a small. I thought a kids size frosty went with a kids meal and a small was a small? ??

They gave my food to another customer, okay everybody make mistakes. I waited long time during they make my burger and that time french fries were on the counter, so I asked to the cashier I want potato and hamburger together and both are hot. He just my potato besides light. And of course, when my meal was ready, it was room temperature. Amazingly, nobody said "Sorry for waiting" or anything. They have never be told when you make mistake, you need to say sorry by your mama or teachers? Also, they charged cheese, but I didn't get it. Even I didn't complain it, I just never go back to this location.

I just left this location with my boyfriend and when we left the drive thru, we realized we didn’t get one of the items on our order. We pulled back in and politely informed who I assume was the manager that we were missing our nuggets. She told us to pull around, made us wait for about 5 minutes, and came out and told us her employee said that everything was in the bag. We told her we wouldn’t have come back had everything been in the bag, but she just walked away and ignored us. We circled back around once more and asked for our food or a refund and magically, there was a fresh order of nuggets at the window. She called us liars straight to our faces and was very hostile and rude. I didn’t get her name but she was an older, miserable looking black lady with very short hair. This location sucks and that lady is the rudest service employee I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
When I was the manager here Wendy’s didn’t have these issues but they fired me and then brought all hispanics over I think ICE needs to do an investigation on the

Decided to end my night eating some wendys , to end my night in regret ordering wendys . I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a additional spicy patty . Just to find out when i get home they gave me a single patty , had to drive all the way back while my food is getting cold in the process . For the manager personally to tell me and rudely to deny my request on making me a new burger because i had to drive all the way back . I had to accept just the extra patty she gave me and add it to my cold sandwich . Unprofessional and unsatisfying experience.

Ask for double cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. Girl says "no burger or cheese?". I said burger, cheese, ketchup, and mayo.Drove off thinking we were good. No mayo, but it had tomato, onion, and mustard.
