I struggle to Understand the appeal of this place. There was nothing special about the sandwiches or the ambience that would bring me back.

Not really sure what all the hype is about these place. I ordered the build your own sandwich with a side of fries and no beverage…the best thing about my meal were the crinkle fries. The sandwich was literally nothing to rave about and in fact the lettuce they used you could tell was already brown and beginning to go bad. I would recommend or ever visit again. This was my first and last visit due to a pretty tasteless sandwich.

Two issues. The menu changed and I can't get the sandwich I used to and still load it up with all the toppings I did before. Second, the employee making the food did not have a mask and was talking on a phone the whole time, and that's just gross. I'm trying to be all 'back to normal' within reason, and that's too far. If we weren't hungry we'd have left. I tried not to think about it.

Let's just say sandwhich is just a step above subway. 2 sandwich meals and one regular no combo was around 40 bucks.. it's a little bit pricey.. still prefer this place over subway. I got the Buffalo chicken.

My favorite sandwich store. I like their bread. It is chewier and doesn't feel flimsy like some other sandwich stores. Of course, the toppings and meat proportions are good as well. I especially love their egg salad sandwich. Yum!

First time trying. Service was great. Food was good. I just had a sandwich. No different from the other chains like FireHouse, Subway etc. Different experience with the bags and paper attached which allows you to check off what you want on your sandwich.

Unfortunately, I felt a little nauseous. I tried the Philly sandwich. The meat that's used is not real! It's processed imitation meat. The fries was dry...? The bread was soft even though slightly toasted. Sad to report this since it was my first and last time.

I had been going here for only the Seafood which wich for like 2 years, and I loved it and how the staff made my awesome sandwich.Staff is always friendly and professional. Unfortunately their corporate decided to discontinue by favorite in the month of April. I have tried others but I didn't find any new favorite.But if they bring back the seafood sandwich (krab), I will be back. ???They also have great shakes , fries and salads ??.

Menu had been reduced to Subway, but prices haven't been reduced to reflect this. Only had three sharpies, so had to wait around for someone to finish. Unsanitary.

Second time in a row that I have used my app to order our meals, drove 20 minutes to pickup, and they hadn't even started the order. They actually didn't know that I had ordered something. They were in the back and not paying attention to orders coming in. Got home and my simple turkey sandwich did not have any cheese or condiments on it. Deleting my app as I will NEVER return. Too bad because I like to support a local business, and I love their sandwiches. Not again. Two strikes...you're out!
