Don’t write reviews but had to for this. We were in the neighborhood and my son was hungry and asked for LP wings. I stopped at this wing stop to grab him some. First red flag - we stood at the counter while the staff was chatting and laughing while we waited. Note - no other customers were in the store. Finally one of the ladies came up to take our order. We ordered the 10 wing original combo and went over to the fountain stand. 2nd red flag - as soon as we finished getting our drink, “our order” was ready. I was amazed at how quick the service was. Note - we live 45 min from this location. We jump into the car and headed home. Once home, he opens the order and asks me where the wings were. They packed a cut up corn and placed it the container with the ranch and fries. 😢😢

I ordered a few weeks back. When I arrived for pickup my order was not ready. The was accidentally misplaced! Ms. Ramona made my food fresh and then some! She kept me posted on times and was very apologetic. I had a really bad migraine that day and was ready to get home but her positive attitude told me to give her a chance.

this is the worst wingstop I have ever had to deal with. it’s been several occasions in which I have placed an order on Uber eats or DoorDash and they always claiming someone took the order by the time my driver gets there. it has happened so many times that at this point I believe the workers are lying because they don’t want to make the order. I will be sending an email to corporate.

Never order delivery from this store. I didn't use door dash I selected the in wingstop app Delivery, food never showed up. I called to check the status of the order and I was told that they have no control over the deliveries and if I wanted my food I needed to come to the store and pick it up or wait 5 business days for a refund. If you think this is unfair NEVER order here.

Food was great but there were 2 young ladies at the front. One was busy preparing orders the other was sitting down by the pickup orders. I walked up to the front and the lady preparing the food acknowledged me but the one sitting down did not. I had to say excuse me twice before she finally looked up from her phone. When she looked up, she sighed and looked at me with an annoyed face as if I had pulled her away from something important. There was no one else in the restaurant and she was busy scrolling on her phone. This was 9/24/24 around 3:55/4pm. I had a pickup order from DoorDash and wasn’t asking too much but she was very rude in her demeanor towards me. I will never come back here staff seem so rude based on other reviews as well.

Customer Service is always very hostile and tense at this location, if you hate your job just quit don't bring all this negativity near my food, I'm paying you why are you being hostile. This behavior is terrible

Came here because my son insisted on giving them a try. The cashier, Alfonso I believe, was nice and very helpful. The food however was horrible. We ordered some mild & lemon pepper wings. They were both oily with little to no flavor. How do you mess up mild & lemon pepper wings? Those are 2 of the most basic flavors. Save your money and order wings from somewhere else.

The place is dirty, it took me 45 minutes to give me my food, and when they gave it to me the wings were raw, the person who served I don't know if the manager is horrible and rude, and she still tells my son that when he asks for the food, tell them that I want the wings well cooked

Ordered 20pc boneless wings online at 10:15 got to the store at 11:00 and waited until 11:15. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. the cooks where more interested in the woman in the lobby rather than making the food. Never coming back.

Although management and other teams members tried to be helpful I was offended by one staff member who approached me and said while handing me my food you know we aren’t late with your food we are right on time. Mind you I never complained and knew I was early. The egregious audacity was really interesting to say the least. Hope dear with the dreadlocks finds some class and etiquette. Fries undercooked because I guess my presence of waiting made everyone feel rushed lol

This is the worst location you can go to,please save your time and money and look for another place, this is a joke, I went there with my family on Sunday there were only 3 people waiting and after they took my order I had to wait more than 45 min when finally stand to ask how much longer it was gonna take the cooker apparently said that he is behind in the kitchen that he doesn't know nothing but he had time to start arguing with me, then I ask for my money back and they still keep me waiting there but like the other 2 people behind me had their order first ridiculous on top of that I think the OWNER was there too siting in the dining room on his laptop doing anything about it when they finally gave me my order I got home with missing food wich I think they did it on purpose after the argument, I call back to ask and the girl who took my order and prepared it said that she can do nothing that there were only 3 people working that the chicken takes 10 min to cook but I did wait for a good 50 min and that OWNER left and there were no MANAGER so please just go somewhere else where you can get actually enjoy your food.
