I had placed an order for pick-up and I had sent one of my family members to pick it up but I had not told them the last name. Mistakenly, my family member had said the wrong last name and the employees would not give her the food because "there have been people robbing the food", they proceeded with asking for her ID and would rudely argue with her about the wrong last name. My family member had called me and asked me to speak with them because they were acting out and speaking very rude to her solely because she had said the wrong last name and were not going to give her the food. I had told them the correct last name and they were still hesitant to give her the food. My family member was outraged that they would continue to argue back and forth and when she had asked for a refund they would ignore her and have an attitude against her while saying that she had to speak to the manager. Finally, they had given her the food after 15 minutes of a heated discussion and the food was not accurate. Not only were the fries cold but the wings were not extra crispy as I had placed on the order. I will never be ordering from here again. I would like to speak to the manager about this.

This place is truly very slowly I would never come here again. Made a mobile order of 30 wings and I got there in 25 mins when the app said it will be ready and I have to wait another 30 mins for my food to be ready truly ridiculous and on top someone ordered inside and ended up getting there food before mine. That was the cherry on top.

The wings are really good they just need faster service but it was worth it i could eat a lot of wings from
this woman was sitting down on her phone doing nothing when i arrived to pick up a uber eats order. she immediately started yelling and being rude saying shes the manager. then she waves down and calls the police because she wants to tresspass me for what?? for trying to get a uber eats order which her lazy self didnt want to attend to. then the employees had the order but wouldn't give it to me. this is how this location treats delivery drivers trying to pick up orders at this location smh ??? they call the police to tresspass you but dont have time to give uber eats orders.tresspassed by A. Wing stop has been here for a while but I never cared to try it.. my daughter went to a sleep over few weeks ago and was introduced to their wings and she LOVED IT!! We have been her 6 times within two weeks.I like that you can order from the app and just pick up and go. I love that they have so many options of flavor. Service is great, they are tentative and super sweet.
