When she answers the phone she answers it in Spanish rather than English. When she speaks to people she seems like she's talking to a friend or a random person rather than a customer. She asked "was it for pick up or delivery." I said, "delivery." She says, "can you give me a minute?" and then the phone goes silent. I strongly suggest they fire her and get someone who can actually, give them business rather than run business away.And I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw another customer mentioned her as well.She has absolutely no business working in customer service.
