The food was good. I didn’t realize it was like a “chain” restaurant since I am not from there. However the food was good.

My recent visits to this location rendered am amendment to my last review because service has fallen off since then. The food tastes old and requests for ketchup was ignored or forgotten even though I asked for them right before I receive my food at the window. Not sure what happened to this place but it's turning me off to Zaxbys in general and I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

This place used to be good, but recently the food has been the best or the customer service. I went this past Tuesday and ordered the wings and things everything was extremely cold. The cashier had a bad attitude. I really hope these issues get fixed.

Wasted my money on this TRASH. This is not what yall advertise smfh. I had one piece of pepper. I want my money back if I'm being honest 😂

BEWARE OF PLACING ONLINE ORDER VIA ZAXBYS APP
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an order I placed through the Zaxby’s app on April 25th. Despite being charged, I never received my order. I called the store to inquire about the issue and was informed by the assistant manager that the order was stolen. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude during our conversation and stated that I would not be receiving a refund from the store.

Following that interaction, I submitted a refund request through DoorDash. The delay is coming from the store they are running a scam, they take the order, they dont verify the person and the one that loses is the consumer. What a joke

I can never remember the manager’s name that is mostly there during the week during lunch hours but such a nice lady. She goes above and beyond from the many occasions I’ve been by on my lunch break. Keep her around!

I gave three stars overall because this location is usually pretty good. However, on my visit today, 3/18/25 between 11:50 and 11:55 a girl gave me issues that I don’t understand. I asked for a Cobb salad with two extra tenders. The girl said right away that I wanted 8. I said, “no ma’am, there should be 2 extra, totaling 4 tenders altogether.” She then repeated the order wrong and I jokingly said please don’t give me 8 tenders when I arrive at the window, thinking she could possibly be joking but long behold I get to the window and she says AND tries to charge me for 8. I then said to her that I don’t understand why she keeps telling me that I ordered a salad with 8 tenders after I have repeatedly reiterated that I only wanted two extra tenders. The manager then came over and reversed her incorrect entry. But I am still lost as to why the girl was playing games at the window, especially when the customer is being nice.

I’ve visited this Zaxby’s several times through the years I’ve lived in the area. Typically, the orders are correct, but occasionally the orders are missing silly items. I’ve ordered 3 separate times and have missed just 1 tender from my order 3 different times now. If it’s not a random tender, it’s the sauce I pay extra for. Finished all of my fries today and go to start eating the tenders and I realized 1 is missing, and no I didn’t already eat it 🙃 guess that pathetic scrap was the 3rd? This happens waaaay too much at this location. I typically avoid coming here for this reason but it was convenient to go today so I went and am left with more disappointment from this location. Not sure what it is, if the kitchen thinks it’s silly, goofy to miss a single tender. But the fact that I paid for it and don’t get it kills me. If I wanted the zax snack, I would’ve gotten it. Thanks for forcing it on me every few trips to remind me this location sucks. The employee at the window was fine so no complaints to them but the kitchen needs some help 🥴 I promise this was my last time coming because the time before this was a pathetic attempt to make it right.

Ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal. Was given 3 weird mutated tenders that were barely edible instead of 6. My fries were still frozen in the middle. Waste of money.
