It was the first time to visit Zaxbys and very friendly customer service when I dine-in lunch. The menu that I ordered was salad with chicken + toast that was good taste.

Cashier wasn't friendly and one of the employees had her hair down, very unprofessional in the food industry!.

Went through drive-thru. Staff were not friendly. Drove off with my order and got home only to realize only fries were in the bag.... no chicken fingers. Called to ask for a refund and they said I'd have to come back right away/same day. Not driving 20 minutes there for chicken fingers that they forgot and another 20 minutes back home... Already did that. Just seems ridiculous they can't refund my order. I have the receipt and order number. Anyway, this is why I'll stick with Chic Fil A.

Done an online order to be picked up in the restaurant and 45 minutes after ordering and standing in the restaurant for 30 minutes, I was able to get my food because my order was never made. The staff seemed very unorganized and not sure what to do. After receiving my order, it looked thrown together like some scraps from the kitchen... this was mine and my daughter's dinner. It will be a while before I come back to Zaxby's.

I waited in line at the drive thru in the middle of a horrendous storm for over 15 minutes. I ordered a Kickin chicken meal with the sauce on the side. I got home and no sauce was in the bag. My receipt shows no tongue torch sauce, no ranch sauce and he even repeated back to me sauce on the side. Needless to say my dinner sucked. So disappointed ☹️

Ordered a 4 finger plate with upgraded large fry and slaw. Got half the slaw and 1/3 fries. They did however correct the order. They were nice people. The tea I believe was bad. With every sip of tea my tummy turned more..

I ordered the 6 piece chicken finger plate. I received 3 pieces. And yes, the receipt says 6 piece and I paid for 6 piece. Either the workers don’t know how to count or they intentionally gave the wrong amount. I went through the drive through so I didn’t realize until I got home.
