The drive thru team needs to be retrained. Consistently this location completely botches my order. This evening, they tried to charge me for two drinks with one combo and gave me the wrong sauce after confirming my order back to me verbally. Immensely frustrating to have to completely distrust everything they say to you and verify it myself every time I go here!

Ordered a 4 finger plate with upgraded large fry and slaw. Got half the slaw and 1/3 fries. They did however correct the order. They were nice people. The tea I believe was bad. With every sip of tea my tummy turned more..

Service was great and the store is fine. I had the chicken Parm fries for the 1st time and they were ok. Not " knock your sox off good" but ok. My wife had the regular fries and she said they were less than par too! Probably won't order them any more.

I ordered the chicken finger plate through the drive-thru and they did a good job getting my food quickly. The only ding was no ketchup for my fries. The food quality is good and the prices are about average.

Most Zaxby locations take a few mins to get your order, and that's normal. Trust, I will wait for them fingers lol. This location is the fastest BY FAR. by the time you pull up to the window, they have the bag ready to go, halfway out the window. Always perfect. Always excellent service.
