Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I usually have a good experience at this location because it is near my job. However today my experience was a little different. I originally went inside to place my order and I stood there for over 7mins without a greeting or behind acknowledged. There was no line at all. After waiting I stated to the lady “hello can I order?” Her response as she turned around was “when I’m done” she was stocking seasoning salt ect. I’m not sure if she was irritated or overwhelmed but that was unacceptable as I worked in this industry before. At least 3/4 employees walked past and still nothing. (They were all over the place) I proceeded to tell the lady “don’t worry about it” and went thru the drive thru. Upon getting to the window I asked a lady for the other ladies name so I can put it in my review and she stated they are not allowed to give names out, I would have to come inside and get a receipt with her name on it (weird) she said she was apart of the management team. So whomever was working front counter for the 345-420 hr today 11/4/24 was rude but I don’t have her name. I hope you guys take care of this and let your workers know customer experience matters.

Derell is great. Amazing service from this young man. He should be recognized and promoted for his efforts. He is running orders around like he is at football practice and not making mistakes despite his speed. Great location visit thanks to him.

Everytime I go here something winds up being wrong with my order. For example I just ordered wings n things, wings are tossed in honey mustard 🤢, I ordered bbq, receipt says bbq.

Very bad, a hair came out of the food and they didn't change it and of course the cashier scratched his head and ears

They are slow as hell i ordered my food online at 9:00 am because i know they open at 10:30 i get there at 10:40 for my lunch break which is only 30 min why did it take an extra 45 min for my food to get done so i was laye back to work didnt get to eat so either hire more people or start at an earlier time especially since people eat it alot

We ordered for me my friends and we picked up not cooked chicken. We are ordering almost from everyday from Zaxbys. But it was the last time. Never again

I love Zaxbys, but save yourself time and DO NOT go to this location. I paid for items and I did not receive them. Drove back to this location to get the food and they still didn't fulfill the order.

Ordered through the drive through…. The longest wait and it seemed that they lost our order and had to remake it 20 minutes later. 20 minutes to wait on some chicken fingers…. Keep driving yall!

I just payed for two barbecue boneless wings meals and man oh man tasted horrible like the wings had been sitting out all day or recooked. This is bad for business food tasting old not good for Zaxby's. I definitely won't be coming back to this location. Disgusting!
