The food was amazing, depending on what you get. Also, the waitress make sure you’re doing good, checking up here and there. The inside and outside is honestly pretty great, just depending on the weather.
I recommend this place very highly, it’s a great and amazing puerto rican restaurant. Love the music as well!

I'm really very disappointed with the experience on Zona Caribbean this time,I supported you guys i don't have a car and I been in your restaurant many times, this time like I did many times I order my food from you on Uber eats and the food you sent me was awful, I will prefer that you said ,we don't have food ,it will be fine I will order for someone else, and in the future I would order for you again, this time as I always do I order goat swtead ,you sent me basically bones with a little bit of meat, you didn't show any respect for me as a customer, so what I think you have so many customers now that you don't need one more is ok ,good luck for you, I will never order food again from you or going again to your restaurant, good luck guys

I'll start off with the fact that the food was great. The hostess was very pleasant and attentive, set the table and brought us water but the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress spent more time socializing and on her cell phone than working. She took over 15-20min to take our order. We asked for 1 glass of sangria, she brought a pitcher. When we were done, I had to flag her down for the check. She kept walking around with the check in her hand for over 5 minutes, when she finally brought it over she walked away and didn't come back for another 10min+ , when the hostess had to remind her that we were waiting to pay. Let's not even mention the fact that the place and patrons are soooo loud, you can't even have a conversation with people at your own table. I'm Dominican as well and I know we can be loud, but this was beyond what was appropriate at a restaurant. Again props to the chef! Food was delicious. So better Arelis. With the short blonde hair. Less chatting more working.

The Absolute WORST Jerk Chicken I’ve ever had in my life! Very very salty! You can tell that they tossed the chicken in the marinade right before putting it in the To Go box! The salad was Garbage as well! We didn’t get vinaigrette for the steak salad. Just A1 sauce. Only thing that was in the salad was just lettuce, tomato, and steak. Will not be returning here.
