I am a DoorDash delivery driver and the woman that was the manager last night 4/19/2025 does not need to be working with the public. She needs to be in a mental health facility. She was attacking people waiting for food, slamming the door on people, slamming the pick up window at people, screaming at us telling us that our deliveries are not her problem and repeatedly flipping people off literally waving her middle finger in the air and screaming at us. I actually called EMT services because I thought she was having a mental breakdown. But I don’t think they came out though she truly needs help. Don’t only just fire her get her far away from the public for the safety of society. I’m not joking I have seen mental health problems before. She wasn’t just yelling at me. She was yelling at the only young man doing takeout. I can’t remember his name, but he seemed close to tears, and she was clearly stressing him out.

Terrible Customer Service. There is a lady operating drive thru window with short purple hair that is horrible. She has a bad attitude and chooses not to do her job correctly leaving people with the wrong items. She rushed me through my order, cutting me off with the total before I was done, wasn’t at the window when I pulled up and shut the second window in my face when I asked her to repeat my order back after giving me an incorrect total. Her manager says her name is Tanya Smith. Please avoid and go to another restaurant. And don’t be afraid to make a complaint every time
Ordered through Postmates and when my food arrived, I opened the bag and there was a BITE taken out of one of the chicken nuggets. Absolutely disgusting and was most certainly one of the workers, as the bag was properly sealed. Will never order from this location again.
