The employees don't want to take orders now they send people to do it themselves on the self-service machine 😒 The funny part is if the customer can't use they go help 🤣 i don't understand why they didn't take the order from the beginning 🤷🤦🤦🤦

Usually a good place to drop by and get a quick meal. Tuesday 11 pm gave me whiplash. First window was a very nice woman, but in came a nasty old lady second window. I guess rude employees is to be expected for a night shift but this was just excessive.

I don’t normal go to a fast food place and say “hey let’s leave them a rave review!” Because it’s fast food… *gestures at industry*. But wow, the few times I’ve eaten here the staff and service have genuinely been AMAZING.
One woman was calling out orders and calling everyone darling and making sure food gets to people hot and fresh.
Another time a very kind man was helping some older women navigate the ordering kiosk because the registers weren’t working.
And food was always out quick and hot.
Unlike SOME unnamed fast food places in the area where everyone seems to have had the life and light crushed inside them (which honestly, real. Working in fast food is exhausting).
But here, whatever they’re doing seems to be *right*. The people seem alive and we go out of our way to eat here vs other McDonalds nearby because it just feels so much better.
I hope everyone that works here gets a big hug and someone tells them how great of a job they’re doing and thanks them for the work to make the space clean, happy, and bright.
