I never leave reviews for restaurants but today me and my boyfriend went and order wings and I ate a few wings but then after I got one that smelled so bad like rotten chicken and I almost threw up I spit it out that wasn’t the only wing that smelled bad this is my first time experiencing this from this location I’m not sure if they left it thawing out during the storm and then used it today but I really hope I don’t get sick I myself work in fast food so this is unacceptable

terrible service I called multiple times and never got a response even though they answered, asked me to hold so I did and then once they said something, and I tried to reply they hung up, I called back. They answered no no response. Nobody talking like I’m talking to myself, which is not right in the restaurant establishment. I believe this is so rude.

The Hispanic woman at the front who takes orders is very rude. I paid extra for extra cheese and got the regular amount put on there. When I told her that, she tried to charge me more. That is poor customer service and skimping on trivial things like cheese

good wings, got a 15 piece hot with fries. wings were great, ranch was great, fries were pretty bad by themselves but went really well with the food. i ordered with doordash pickup, was direct. i spent probably 2 minutes in there then left. better then zaxbys wings.

I Litterly paid 18.00 dollars for a 10 piece Wings. To top it off they were the smallest wing’s I’ve ever seen! Just terrible! My two year old finger is bigger than the wings at this place.

How can i possibly leave negative stars? I ordered thru uber eats from this location ($50 order) on 9/23. My order went thru 3 drivers! My order was due at 7pm and it didnt arrive until 840p i think. I called the location, and because it was an Uber order, the lady told me she couldnt do anything about the order, or refund my money. Then she lied and told me that they have nothing to do with the order being late. She had given the order to each driver and had to remake the order each time. Well i never received the order (which is definitely on Uber), but between uber customer service and American Deli ( i highly doubt the *American*), no one can seem to get my money back to me. The uber driver told me she dropped off the order....BUT ONLY HER AND GOD KNOWS WHERE! It was supposed to be delivered to me in my hand at a business. I gave her specific directions on how to get to me, BUT AGAIN SHE DOESNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! Its now 9pm and i am looking at eating fast food or pizza because everything else is closed. Im fresh out of $50 bucks

I paid too much money for my meal yesterday to get food poisoning. I advise to avoid this place. I rarely ever get sick.
I tried this place for the first time and ordered wet lemon pepper wings and they smelled HORRIBLE. They were also extremely small and was literally fried skin and bone with no meat on the wings . The wings were less than half the size of a normal chicken wing. I could not even eat it. Super disappointing.

Staff was very nice and food was well prepared. The chicken fried rice is better than any Chinese restaurant around and I've tried every one I've passed in hall county and Buford. The only caveat is the Philly meat was not as seasoned as I am used to at other American deli's.

Good overall but their sweet tea is ALWAYS absolutely disgusting. Came in at 11 am and it was already sour. Are yall using the tea from yesterday? Are yall just continously making a new batch and mixing it with the old? It needs to stop.
