I ordered my favorite, Whopper Jr. With Cheese combo and it was perfect! The veggies were fresh. The burger was hot and the cheese was melted. Yumm!

After an interval of approximately 6 years, I decided to give Burger King another chance. Having been a steadfast patron for over two decades, the size, juiciness of the beef patties, fresh lettuce, tomato, and the array of condiments, coupled with the delightful taste of the bun, had positioned Burger King as one of my top favorites. However, this changed just over 6 years ago.In my past three visits to different Burger Kings, I encountered great disappointment. The burger patties seemed dry and flavorless, reminiscent of having been left under heat lamps for an extended period. Additionally, there was a noticeable reduction in condiments, further contributing to the overall dryness of the burger. On the last of these three visits, I swore off Burger King entirely and abstained for six years until my recent visit three days ago. While out shopping, I made the decision to try Burger King again, hoping for an improvement. I visited the Burger King located at 3703 Mundy Mill Rd, Oakwood, GA 30566, and even expressed my anticipation to the person taking my order, stating that after 6 years, I hoped my Whopper would recapture the taste of those I had enjoyed in my earlier years. Unfortunately, my experience was a profound disappointment. The first substantial bite of the Whopper revealed the same dryness and lack of flavor that I remembered from 6 years ago.The beef patties were dry and tough, evoking a sense of having been under heat lamps for an extended duration. The portion of lettuce and soft tomatoes was noticeably minimal. To address the scarcity of mayonnaise, I went up to the counter and requested two additional packets, which I added to my Whopper. Regrettably, this attempt to enhance the flavor proved futile. The poor taste of the dried-out beef patties remained unmasked.Having spent a career in marketing (now retired at 75), I am fully aware of the challenges that Burger King and many other fast-food establishments are facing. However, there are two burger chains that I and my friends frequent, and they consistently avoid disappointment. If they can achieve this, I find myself questioning why Burger King cannot meet the same standard.Regrettably, I have once again sworn off Burger King, and I believe I will never return. At the age of 75, this decision is likely a literal truth, and it saddens me.

This BO does NOT participate in the Military discount program like the one by my house. It is up to the store. Hmmmm wanted other Military active and Vets to know.

Pretty sure I pulled a cooked tape worm out of my whopper patty. Needless to say, that thought alone was enough to convince my body on its own free will to vacate any remains of that burger ingested before the alleged tape worm. Store actually has been actively added to my no fly zone.

So, tonight we thought, "Let's jazz up our dinner routine!" We dove in, optimistic about this culinary adventure. The burger and chicken fries? Not bad. They were like the B-side of a hit song—decent but not stealing the show. Then came the fries. Oh, the horror! These poor things must've taken a wrong turn in the kitchen's space-time continuum because they were colder than a polar bear's toenails and tasted like they'd been unearthed from an ancient civilization. We're talking so ancient, they might've been friends with the dinosaurs. Needless to say, this dining escapade won't be earning any rave reviews from us.

The burger I tried was not "as good" as it was advertised or "really good" as the cashier recommended, it was really dry and was not something I would not order again - in my opinion was not worth the price, either. I let the kids play in the play area which was nice considering the first bk we stopped at was not open even though there was employees inside and it was during their hours of operation. Might think again the next time my family goes out to eat.

Coming in has a dasher, nobody most times helps or acknowledges you. I’ll see 5 employees just look at you and ignore. Finally I’ll get someone from the back ask who I’m there for to pick up. Also what’s up with burger kings sweet tea? It’s always spoiled.

Man. I stopped going to BK years ago. But this was a 1 off visit and reminded of why I stopped. $10 for basic meal. Service well below service. Dirty bathrooms and dirty environment all together. I told them there’s no ice. Didn’t pay attention. They bags come out and they don’t even label the bags with numbers. They are also confused and they have to open the bags, Pull out the food and check whats inside it. Complete this organization, the manager and assistant manage or both here and they were clueless.

Alex Gonzalez

Greasy assistant manager taking orders. Touching the food in the bags cuz they won’t label them and then have to recheck what’s inside .

24 minutes from time of paying to receiving the food. Sandwiches made within 5 minutes, then sat there until it could be bagged.

This place is terrible. I used the drive through and I wasn’t able to place my order, they left me waiting for over 7 minutes and nobody assisted me. Don’t recommend this place to nobody.

Went in bc drive thru was not moving, ordered my food, didn't check it and they put mayo on both sides, cheese on top of mayo, lettuce. I asked for plain..nothing on it. The fries were pulled out of fryer too soon..they were raw...I will not be back to this location...
