Love eating at this location, food is always good and hot. The only thing I would have to take off a star for is that there is a lady that typically is at the window and she always licks her fingers to open the plastic bags to put your food in and she touches everything else without washing hands or using gloves. This is unsanitary and un settling. Having a wet paper towel at your station would help instead of using spit. But other than that, this location is top tier.

We walked in and an old lady looked at us and said don’t sit at the booths I just cleaned them. No hello or anything. There was 2 hours left until they closed. I did a mobile order and said no chives on our baked potato. When our food came there was chives on our potatoes. When the old lady gave us our new potatoes we said thank you and she didn’t say anything. As a customer we should be able to sit where we want to. She could have washed the table and booth again. We are grown adults not children… we aren’t messy.
She was more focused on going home than taking care of the customer.

On Thursday Nov 6th my mother and I came in around 4pm. We were so pleased . The service was great. Place was very clean and the food was great.Better than any seafood we have in a very long time . Alot of food . My mom couldn't finish hers . Mom said it was even better next day. Awesome work guys. Keep it up.

Ordered a takeout family meal from this location a week ago. Service was good and they were able to process my order well. The fried fish and fries were savory and delicious. The fried shrimp, hush puppies, crabs and coleslaw were also good as well. Overall, me and my family enjoyed the meal.

The employee taking our order acted like a zombie, didn't speak unless necessary and even then it was robotic and devoid of any hint of emotion. He was effective though and got our orders right. I ordered the grilled white fish and grilled shrimp combo. When the food came out there was a ton of seasoning on the fish. It honestly looked like the lid came off the shaker. It had so much seasoning that dropping the plate on the table resulted in a cloud. This was only on one half of the fish, the other half was OK but so dry with the edge being very much like beef jerky. I drank an entire cup of tea trying to swallow it down. The shrimp, green beans and bread stick were good. The fried okra tasted good but it was greasy, too greasy. Three of us ate with two of us having okra. The two that ate okra have been having severe stomach distress since then. Our plans for after we had eaten were immediately discarded and the mad dash for the restroom began. It's been a day and I still can't stray far from the bathroom. I haven't gone for treatment yet but I do believe we've somehow gotten food poisoning from okra. The lobby was clean and pleasant. The tea was good. no bitterness at all.
