I've heard good things about the food But you should have it delivered and not try to find the location. I paid for food online drove over and there's no signs nothing that says the brands name or where to go. Nothing in the parking lot not located in the strip mall yet inside wall mart I guess but they can't tell you where if you call just say Oakwood Walmart over and over. I spent $30 online just got tired of dealing with it and just gave up $30 to them for nothing... Good to have delivered bad to try and find.

Food is good/fine. Service is really suffering. Demanding manager(s) to provide adequate training for personnel in order to explain the difference amongst orders; 2 major types or order:
1. Sine In.
2. Order to Go.

Their normal Philly cheesesteak is really good and different from what I'm used to probably my favorite. This place has the best wings I've ever tried, and I've been everywhere. Only thing is you might want to ask for extra seasoning/sauce when ordering them. Sometimes the wings come naked. But even then, they're great without the seasoning. Get the lemon pepper and hot. And the wings are gigantic. I usually eat 10 wings at other places, sometimes more when the wings only have a bite worth, and im a big guy, but I literally can't eat more than 5 at charleys. Also the peach lemonade is fantastic, as well as the others. The employees might get a little confused because some don't know English, but that's alright as long as they get what people are saying. I mean, it's prodominatly Hispanic where we live anyway so we should be used to it.

I was a bit disappointed at the amount of meat and cheese I didn't get on the regular bacon 3 cheese cheesesteak. For $11, I expected more of the substance and less lettuce. The meat wasn't really seasoned, so without all the toppings it was bland. I did enjoy the fact it wasn't greasy and dripping with that.However, all of the toppings were super fresh. Service was impeccable. The strawberry lemonade and the bacon cheddar fries were delicious. The fries alone had a good golden outer texture and soft fluffy inside, served fresh and hot.
