Lady named Jennifer took my order. My order was $33.01. I paid with a $50 she said they don’t take anything larger than a $20. I said my order is $33.01 how am I supposed to pay with a $20? I said you don’t have a sign saying you only take $20’s she said we don’t need one we just know. I said customers don’t know. She said I’m not going to argue with you. She didn’t tell me my order was ready she ignored me after that and had an attitude. Next time I will be going to Danny’s they are always nice and take whatever I give them.

ive been coming here for a very long time and a new girl name Bel is the only worker who always has a good attitude and incredible customer service. shes always so nice and i cant ever tell when shes having a bad day. everyone else, including the manager, i believe her name is jennifer, has a terrible attitude, don't smile, dont say hi, dont say good morning, and dont ask what you want. they just let the customer figure out when it's ok to say the order.

I ordered a large iced coffee through uber eats but i somehow ended up with a hot coffee? it clearly says what i ordered in the receipt , how do you mess up this bad? i’m really disappointed.

This morning I ordered 3-dozen donuts for customers to which a nice guy taking my order said is fine. When I get to the window to pay, I was greeted with the nastiest attitude by a very large gnarled looking girl who proceeded to tell me she can’t sell me that.

It’s fine if they can’t sell that many but don’t be so impolite. When she was talking to me with that attitude I saw her co-workers behind giving me a look as if they deal with her being like that all the time. Do better Dunkin.

Picked up and got to work when I see all of it burnt.all the way burnt. 6 bucks for a burnt food is very disappointing. Cashier couldn’t even hear me either because she had her headphones(AirPods) in listening to music. Same for all of the workers in the back.

Drive through sucks every single morning. I used to go there everyday but now they have gotten such a crappy staff that clearly can't make a single cup of coffee. As someone who has owned and ran coffee shops this is a joke of a Dunkin. I will never step foot in this shop ever again. Don't ask for less ice, it completely discombobulates
Everything for them and wipes their hardrive and they will screw it up. WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAT

Went to dunkin to get a caramel macchiato and as I was placing my order apparently I wasn’t speaking LOUD enough so a employee starts speaking over the other employee on the speaker with a nasty attitude repeating what I said back to me then proceeding to saying how I’m not loud enough… ok if that wasn’t bad enough we pull to the window, we’re waiting about 5 minutes and we see 4 girls standing in a circle laughing and talking ONE being on her PHONE with it plugged in on the charger… eventually one of the girls come over and hands us our coffee that has been sitting on counter waiting for them to finish their conversation and hand it out.. do better. Nobody is forcing you to be there.

I ordered some avocado toast but my toast was burnt up and every bite tasted like burnt bread. I tried to call them but no answer so I called back and the line was busy. Just a bad taste for something I wanted so badly 😭😞

I often visit Dunkin' because I enjoy their products, including their food and new drink releases. I’ve regularly gone to this location and haven't had many issues—until recently.

A few weeks ago in October, I went through the drive-thru to try their Pumpkin Spice Latte. My sister was ordering from the passenger side, and they had trouble hearing her, so I repeated her order. Someone on the mic responded with an attitude, saying they couldn’t hear her but could hear "the other girl" (me) better. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte and specifically requested no whipped cream. When I got to the window, my drink still had whipped cream on it. I politely reminded them that I had asked for no whip, and another employee, with an attitude, fixed my order. I thanked them and wished them a good day, but the woman who had given me attitude didn’t respond.

This morning, around 8 AM, I returned to the same Dunkin' and noticed they still hadn’t fixed the drive-thru sound system. I ordered an Iced Coffee with Marshmallow Ube Syrup and Creamer, but the drive-thru screen displayed my order as Iced Coffee with 2 Marshmallow Syrups, 2 Caramel Swirls, and 3 creamers—completely wrong. I asked them to correct it, as I had never requested Caramel Swirl in my drink. I eventually received my order, but a few hours later, I realized they had forgotten my Spider Donut. When I went back to the location to report the missing donut, they spent about five minutes trying to find my order. When they finally did, I drove up to the window, and the same woman who had given me attitude before handed me the donut. It was in a bag, covered in napkins. I thanked her, and she responded with a sarcastic “uh huh” before slamming the window shut.

Needless to say, I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon. Instead, I’ll be going to the Gainesville location on Queen City Parkway or Thompson Bridge Road.

You can clearly see in the pictures how they had to modify my drink order and what my donut looked like after I exited the drive-thru.
