Whenever I come to this Dunkin the girl that takes my order inside gets my order wrong EVERY TIME. She doesn’t say hello or good morning either. Just stares blankly at you like an idiot. Why aren’t we teaching costumer service anymore to workers? They need to find someone better to work the register that will actually put in the correct order instead of guessing what the customer said. Or someone who will read back your order to make sure they got it right. So irritating.
Did an order online and they only gave me the drink. Also, was trying to redeem some munchkins with my points and an employee claimed I couldn’t. Like huh?
