Ordered large hook and ladder 7-14-25. Got home with it. Ate about 20% of it, and as I was biting down on sandwich pulled a 10 inch hair out of sandwich. Threw sandwich out. I think this will be the last time I visit firehouse subs.

The employees and manager are always very nice when I visit.
This place is amazing and has great food this lady name Melina was very nice and kind and helpful when I ate there. Deserves a raise asap. Overall good place to eat food.

I came in late one night with my uncle, and we ordered 5 separate subs. The women working the register were kind, helpful, and super patient while we worked out all the kinks. After ordering, it did not take long before our order was ready. Everything was correct and delicious!

Bacon on both sandwiches wasn't cooked. Bacon on a sandwich should be crispy or at least not Chewy and undercooked. Soup tasted like Mac and cheese a bit or a mixture of chicken broth and potato soup.
