I live less than 3 miles from another Firehouse but I always go to this one because their food is better and service is always excellent!
Sarah was absolutely amazing. She really helped me out today. I used the the pick up line not knowing what to do, she made sure I was taken care of and I am truly greatful.

Ordered large hook and ladder 7-14-25. Got home with it. Ate about 20% of it, and as I was biting down on sandwich pulled a 10 inch hair out of sandwich. Threw sandwich out. I think this will be the last time I visit firehouse subs.
