I placed an online order ahead of time and got there to pickup the order and they gave me the wrong persons order with the same name as me. I told them that wasn’t me and it didn’t have the right phone number attached either and the Hispanic lady (unsure of her name) started arguing with me saying I was wrong and that that was my order. I showed her my online receipt and showed her what I ordered. She threw the bag onto the online order rack and stormed off saying she didn’t have another order under my name. When the other girl looked into the system my name was on there with a different order and number. I understand it was busy but this is why I order ahead and shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes when I’m on my limited lunch break. I have never encountered this horrible of customer service anywhere before.

I eat at Firehouse often but this was by far the best one I have EVER been to. I can't remember my cashier's name (young, red hair, around 1230 on 11/14/23) but she was so amazing. That was the smoothest ordering I have done too. Btwn here and Mrs.Wanda I really enjoyed the politeness and the atmosphere. Not to mention that their meatball sub is amazing! Keep it up Oakwood!

The staff and service here are terrible. We love Firehouse, but the past 2 time we have been here the staff at the registers seemed like it was a chore taking orders. They just stare at you when you walk up and then say "What do you want?!". They are beyond rude when you start telling them the toppings you want on your order. And don't even think about asking a question. You'll either get no answer at all or a wrong answer. Corporate needs to step in and fix this place immediately. It's already very empty and with the service they are providing I don't see them keeping many repeat customers. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

This location is horrible. I rlly like firehouse subs but will never be going to this location again. I don't leave bad reviews unless there's a pattern of bad service or it's just terrible. I called in for a pick up trying to save time, and she never actually put the order in. When I got there the cooks looked clueless. I get my order and leave to find out that they completely botched my order by getting every sandwich size wrong. She even repeated my order back to me in the phone correctly.... I also said no pickles please, she said ok. There were pickles in every box making the bread soggy. Almost comical how bad of a job you can do within a 30 minute period

Service good. Atmosphere OK. The Subs ? Just fair and rather expensive for a basic sandwich. If this is what inflation has done to the fast food sandwich business, I can do way better in my own kitchen for a whole lot less. Matter of fact, I think I will.

So…. What drive thru asks for your PIN number when using your debit card ? Not that I can input the info in myself but the staff asked me for it so she can input the info. Hard no for me!!Unacceptable!!!! No one should be asking for your pin. Management please fix this issue with using a debit card at the drive thru. Employee just should be able to bypass that info.
