Only because I can't give a minus. Just ordered delivery including pot pie and cole slaw. Called store snd first couldn't find order. When they found it, they wanted ME to basically jump through hoops instead of just sending what I ordered, paid for and never received. My receipt ends with "your order and packing was checked for accuracy by"

The floor is so greasy you almost fall walking in. There is no one at the counter taking orders. Wait for someone to “see” you is about 5-7 minutes.

Online ordering debacle! Placed an online order for 3 pot pies. Placed order at 11:56 am on 12/5 for pickup at 1:30 on 12/5. Received an e mail stating that I could check status of order and was notified at 1:30 on 12/5 that order was ready. Arrived at restaurant and was told that they have no pot pies. When I asked why I had confirmation (order # 228522133)that my order was ready they stated that the restaurant had nothing to do with online orders. I would really like for a district or regional manager to explain this to me. Incidentally, this is not the first time this has happed at the Oakwood,Ga KFC but you can be assured it will never happen to me again. Great pot pies but NOT WORTH THE GRIEF!
The food was greasy and overcooked. The taste was horrible and it was pricey. I don't recommend this KFC.

Dining room close but I walked in to the counter but wouldn’t take my order. They said only drive through was open. Spent more time telling me I would have to use the drive thru than it would have taken to take my order over the counter. Piss poor way to run a customer service food establishment. Other fast food places are happy to have my business.

I wanted to surprise my ole lady with her favorite place to eat. To be completely honest the food is so small nobody can get full on it. The potatoes are hard and the gravy is very little. The family pack is supposed to be large we got the small of everything. Just to be honest I'll never go back to the establishment.

Will never go back there again. They put like 2 tea spoons of slaw in the container. The chicken is so small and over cooked. The biscuits are smaller then I have ever seen & the service sux. The lady at the window almost threw our food at us at the window and was very very hateful. Will never go back again & recommend others to go to the KFC in gainesville or buford.

I went here to get some 12 piece chicken tenders to go for a picnic I was having with a friend this previous Sunday. I was surprised that they managed to get my order out within 10 minutes after I had paid. The service upfront was good. The tenders came out looking and tasting good. There was no dryness and a perfect breading to meat ratio. Overall, good tenders in a good atmosphere.

Ordered a pick up order, the order status said it was ready. I went in and nobody acknowledged my presence and continued helping multiple drive thru and dine in customers. When asked they said my order was not ready yet. It took them a total of 30mins to put together 3 meals. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

How has corporate not gotten involved and fixed this crap hole? Extremely long waits for orders and an attitude of true don’t care about the customers at all from the employees. It’s always a hassle getting food from here and it’s amazing after all the bad reviews the company hasn’t done anything to improve it.

We placed an online order in the app and went and picked up at the time it said to. We waited an additional hour for our food, then they left out 3 of the meals.
