Ordered chicken pot pie, no chicken found just potatoes. Ruined my dinner. Where's the chicken?

The person doing the drive through was rude and didn’t give any good customer service! She didn’t read the order back to us, she said “what you want” and to “pull up to the front” after we said our order. Then proceeded to forget our extra BBQ sauce after we ask multiple times for some to remind her. Terrible customer service! Never coming again and I don’t recommend this one.

The food was good The service was with the smile but my biscuits were raw in the middle I had to take them back and during this visit I went to the bathroom and that was a disgusting room I hope to never enter a room like that ever again I will not even describe it because it's not tasteful to do so

Sat in the drive-through for 45 minutes for an eight piece chicken bucket. It takes 12 to 14 minutes to fry chicken I have no idea what all the extra time I was spending in the drive-through was for the only response that I got back was we’re working on it. this happens on the regular at this location.. this locations Achilles Hill is extra crispy. Do not order extra crispy from here. It will be an hour waiting….

I don’t leave many bad reviews, but I don’t understand how I can place an order at 10:00 for a pick up order at 12:15 and somehow end up waiting for it until almost 1:00.

As a lover of KFC, I’m sad to say that this location is horrible I went one morning there was no one else there waited 20 minutes for my food, and my famous bowl was moldy straight up moldy, made a complaint to the higher-ups and got told I was lying by the store manager just back to back disappointment from this location

Drove up to order and they told me I have to come inside. KFC wonders why so many locations are closing. Maybe I’ll try again in another 5 years or so. Pathetic.
Only reason I went was because I had a coupon. Ordered a2pc combo asked for a wing and a leg got a wing and thigh Original barley any skin on chicken.My drink was half filled.The lady that waited om me asked me where I been hadn't seen me in a while.Well this why.For the quality of the food the menu is over priced.

Ordered 8 piece meal, extra crispy. Was advised they were out of biscuits. No offer to pick something else to replace or reduce price . But then I get home and it looks like they just gave me random leftover chicken. Only 1 breast, 1 thigh , 2 wings and 4 legs. This did not make me happy so had to settle with a thigh that was not extra crispy.

Only because I can't give a minus. Just ordered delivery including pot pie and cole slaw. Called store snd first couldn't find order. When they found it, they wanted ME to basically jump through hoops instead of just sending what I ordered, paid for and never received. My receipt ends with "your order and packing was checked for accuracy by" Actually, no name. Done. Popeyes, here we come.
