This location is amazing they are very patient and attentive. Rita was helpful in helping us order the cooks were very attentive and speedy with our big order that all came out hot, and brought it out with a smile. The tall gentleman even came out and double checked if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Rita and the team greeted us when we came in and when we left. Thank you so much for this amazing service!

Only got half of my order. I got a meal and they didn’t put my mash potatoes in the box and left out other items. I only went there for the mashed potatoes should’ve gone to Popeyes instead since their chicken is better, at least I would’ve got something I liked.Tried to call but the phone isn’t working

I ordered the following at the drive thru, Honey BBQ 3 piece combo, 1 breast 2 wings.What I got was NO BBQ, 2 Breast and 1 wing and the bottom of the box falling open. I don’t know what’s horribly WRONG with take out in Hall County but you literally can’t BUY an accurate order.

A week ago, I ordered a chicken finger meal. Once I got to my destination and opened up my boxed meal, I found a piece of shaved metal in my meal! Aside from being a nasty unclean piece of metal, I can’t imagine the damage that would have done to my body if swallowed. It was right on top of the biscuit, so I don’t know how no one noticed it there unless they put it there intentionally. This is completely unacceptable! I will be notifying the corporate office.

DISGUSTING. Older woman, grey hair, blue eyes, country accent, touched all the doors, including the outside door and her headset microphone THEN touched all the fried chicken that she boxed up to give to people including me. When I proceeded to confront her and tell her I no longer wanted the food I paid for, she got mad at me and said “you don’t want the chicken I cooked for you?!” She denied the whole thing, but it was very obvious she was embarrassed she got CAUGHT. She refused to refund me due to HER unsanitary behavior even though I did NOT accept the food. Disgusting behavior and horrible attitude from this place. EVERY TIME I GO HERE THEY NEVER GET ANYTHING RIGHT, THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM.

Horrible experience! Waited at the counter over 15 minutes before anyone took my order or acknowledged me. Manager was berating the employees very loudly as being incompetent. I asked if there was a managers special and she replied no but I could order the 7 dollar special. The cashier said we don't do that here we are a franchise. I ordered the 7 dollar meal and it was as followed: biscuit was undercooked slightly raw, original chicken looked and tast different from what I've been eating over my many years. As if kfc has changed their secret recipe to something far less tasty. The mashed potatoes were so thick I couldn't stir them also they had a dab of old gravy mixed in with a kernel of corn on top. I noticed my desert bites were missing so I asked the cashier and the cook yelled out we out of bites and our truck won't be here until tomorrow. I let them know they should let customers know that before they order. Also they didn't have any hot sauce as well. Overall for $7 the drink was good because I got to make it myself. Won't ever stop here again and thats sad because I travel this route a lot and kfc was always on my list of lunch options.

They were out of everything or it had not been cooked. They gave you no salt and pepper or napkins. And for the order I placed They forgot my cole slaw had to turn around to request it.

I keep trying to give Kentucky a chance because I like the mash potatoes and gravy but I've gave up on the chicken a long time ago, it's just too small. Now they skimping on my gravy. How am I going to eat a large mash potatoes with a tiny bit of gravy. They didn't even fill the container up. I had enough for two people and not four like it should be.

We ordered an individual fried pickles. The sign showed 8 juicy pickles. When we got the order, there were 4 pickles. We went back around to the window again and asked. Four for $2.99? They said yes, that’s what it is. We contacted another KFC AND looked online: there are supposed to be EIGHT pickles in an order. Unethical. Dishonest.

Not often do I ever leave a bad review so for me to do so is really saying something. My order was missing an item, one of my items was wrong, and my bucket of chicken was GREASY. It was soggy, floating in grease and missing a large amount of coating. The customer service was a disgrace , my father stood there for a long period of time being ignored but still acknowledging his presence to each other in a rude manner. Other customers around were receiving messed up orders, and when I called to bring this all to the managers attention , instead of being apologetic and making it right, she argued with me the whole time and basically tried to gaslight me. Thankfully kfc online helped me out but this store is being run horribly.
