We ordered a pretzel pizza and this is what we received … absolutely horrible and not the first time!

I ordered two pizzas said to be ready by 5:15 was not ready until 5:35 will not be back!

My order was to arrive 6:55–7:00. It’s 7:21 pm and never received it. Will not pay for my order after I already paid for it. Sorry business

I came into this location to try and purchase 2 hot and ready pizzas. I was told they would be ready in 10 minutes so I came back and then found out that they were completely forgotten. As I sit here with my wife in the car and my nine month child in this car as well, I’m having to sit here for an additional wait time for their error. Hate coming here but I gotta eat so…. Here I am and also the floors here are coming up as well!

Plan to wait 30 minutes no matter time or day. It can be empty and you’re going to wait. All they do is play in the back.

For those constantly leaving bad reviews, they do not get paid enough, management and corporate have no intentions of improving employee morale, and no matter if you order 1 pizza or 20 pizzas you again could have went to walmart or a different pizza locations so why are y'all complaining especially when you know damn well, y'all would be dropping pizzas or mistakenly handing out pizzas, so how bout yall come get a work shirt and help them instead of having twitter fingers with no bite, love this restaurant.

Ordered 10 pizzas, picked them up when needed. Pizzas were hot and very good. Thank you Stephanie and the crew. I would give you 10 stars. You made the day very special.

Tyson's customer service was so professional. I had to wait for my order and he checked in with me numerous times to let me know the status. Ten out of ten will go back and recommend him personally.

Manager wasn’t around to get change for the employees. Had to get my cash back in coins. Felt bad for them trying to come up with change to give back to everyone.its a Saturday night she should have been prepared.

I got 2 pizzas from this location. When I got home I noticed they were burnt, so I went back to see if there was anything they could do. When I got back with the pizzas I was greeted by Brittany and explained the situation. She was GREAT!!! Said that she would get them remade ASAP. Seemed like I waited barely 10 minutes and my remade pizzas were perfect!! I just wanted to say thank you for fixing the pizzas and especially to Brittany for the great customer service!!

always gets orders right except when i asked for regular ranch and they gave me buffalo ranch. idek what that is but imma go try it and ill update this review
