I have been eating at Loretta's for over 15 years. The food has always been my go to for country style home cooked comfort food. They have always been a solid 5 star restruant for me.However recently they've been changing the recipes of staples life the biscuits or their gravy. And sadly its not for the best. I'm honestly heartbroken that they changed their brown gravy to some goopy slop. The original recipe flavour was wonderful and close to my grandmas recipe.Loretta's PLEASE STOP CHANGING YOUR RECIPES!

Loretta's food is extremely good (as evidenced by the wrap around drive thru line), but their customer service is over the top! They know my voice at the drive thru mic/speaker and know what my regular order is. If I skip the popular drive thru line and go in, and if they see me coming, they often have my order ready to go and waiting for me at the cash register. Just awesome people inside! (Yes, Daniel and Maria, I'm talking about you!)

The food here is southern style mostly homemade like grandmom used to make. So when I’m in town, I make a point to go by here and Longstreet Cafe. However, this next generation needs to learn something about customer service. I had an abysmal interaction with ordering my food at the drive-through and then with the young lady working the window.I would recommend going in the restaurant for the authentic southern experience. I would also recommend the restaurant train their YOUNG staff on customer Service. It’s not a problem with the older staff.Food quality also wasn’t that great, but since it’s the first time that’s happened in about 15 years of eating there, I’ll still go back. Eating inside next time, though.

This is about breakfast…Way overpriced. Powdered eggs… You would think since so many people pay close to $15 for a modest breakfast, they could fix the dripping ceiling. Do yourself a favor and go to Longstreet Cafe or Rabbit town restaurant. If you do pay $15 it will be more food than you can eat.
