Pizza at this location - delicious. don't fret if it's busy, it is worth the wait. the staff was sociable and attentive. the bill was fair for the quality of food.

Placed an order at the register and it was never completed and submitted to prepare. After 20 mins, they said they didn't have my order. Just ordered through the app to ensure it was submitted, but won't be back to this store again.

I ordered first book pizza deal and cinnamon sticks. Pizzas were pepperoni, ham, and onion, and pepperoni, sausage and onion.On both pizzas I selected no crust flavor. When the pizzas arrived neither of them have any cheese.I call the restaurant to figure out what is happening and can't believe it when the manager is waiting for my call receipt in hand and is trying to hold back his laughter saying "you hit the buttons for no cheese on your order and you get no cheese on your pizza man"Litterally he couldn't have cared less never offered to even remake the order or apologize for the trouble or anything.It is obvious the manager knew there was a problem with the order and was waiting for the call. It also explains why I had difficult getting a receipt the driver when he delivered the pizza.I will be returning the food and disputing the charges.More so this is one family that will never eat pizza hut again.I understand mistakes, I also know that to remake the pizzas or even just melt some cheese on them would have cost very little compared to the $40 paid. Heck I might have even been willing to pay something to get it fixed if it was really my mistake....Simple fact is that the manager knew something was wrong with the order because he knew my order and my name by heart, instead of being understanding, or even proactive and calling to confirm the order he mocks me laughing at the situation and tells me tuff $#1+ as he tells me "have a great day"

Went for an early dinner about 4:45 pm as a break from Thanksgiving leftovers. There was a sign on the door stating they had no salad mix due to the romaine lettuce recall and warning so the salad bar was closed. Understandable, however, iceberg lettuce from a nearby grocery store could have solved that issue and customers could still have a salad. The dining room was empty which should have been another red flag. We walked to several tables to sit down, but all the tables were dirty. Waitress came over to us and told us to sit anywhere. I pointed out that all the tables were dirty so she took us to one she thought was clean. It was not. It had not been wiped after the last guests had sat there. I told her it was not clean and I proceeded to try to wipe it with the paper towels they keep on the tables. It was so sticky the towel was sticking to the tablecloth. Told her it was sticky and she said all the tables are sticky. I pointed out the wet drink rings and crumbs and continued to try to clean it myself. She asked if I wanted her to clean it. Yes, please! She came with wet paper towels and asked me where she needed to wipe it. I suggested she wipe the entire table. She did and then asked me to get dry towels and wipe it dry. I was really craving Pizza Hut pizza so, instead of leaving as we should have done, we ordered our pizzas. The pizzas were so bad! They were under-cooked and barely warm. The crusts were still doughy and the cheese wasn’t even melted thoroughly. My husband said he could see the folks making the pizzas and none were wearing gloves! Absolutely terrible excuse for a restaurant! Just nasty! Never again!

Happy with em. Now my favorite pizza spot in Oakwood.. hey, they seem to work hard and give half a damn. Kudos for that. Pizza is good. I'm happy.

This was the WORST service and pizza ever...I don't even wanna waste my time....all these reviews are correct...HORRIBLE and when I brought it to her attention...she had nothing to say...I told her a table was sticky she said sorry...we moved she didn't even wipe the table other people sat down at it and moved as well... ridiculous and I'm calling the manager right now...

This was a waste of time and money. I should have walked away. The place is old and dirty. I went for the lunch buffet. There were only scraps on the bar and no salad offered at all. The food was not hot nor did it look appealing. People were sitting and waiting for fresh pizza to come out. Pizzas came out one of the time and they looked like they had been thrown together and lack ingredients. There was only one host and she doubled as waitress and cashier. I saw one cook and he was on his cell phone via a headset having an argument with someone while he cooked. The kitchen was a mess there was food and trash all over the floor visible to the customers. The tables were sticky the floor needed to be vacuumed. the place is less than anything I could ever imagine. I really wanted my money back as I left still hungry. I would not recommend anyone go here for what they call it lunch buffet. My money could have been better spent anywhere other than the Pizza Hut on Mundy Mill Road.

Why on earth would you charge $5+ for a salad bar that has barely any items to put on it? Waitress was a sweetheart but the food was is too expensive.

Trash.. be warned. Came at 130. Buffet ended. Girl who took my order didn't tell me... finally 15 minutes later I ask any new pizza coming out? Other girl says buffet over. ????? Would've been nice if you offered me a personal or something. Left 5 minutes later.. your supposed to be helping the brand...
