I waited at the drive through window for 5 min and no one came. So I went inside. No one came and said hello or just a moment anything. So I waited and then after 4 min I left for a moment (to chime the door again) and walked back in. Still nothing. I see 1 employee who said just a moment. I was waiting for another 3 minutes before he came over and said name? And then grabbed my food and handed it to me. No sorry for the wait or thanks for your patience. Nothing. Very rude. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left. Very slow service

Sent door dash to deliver. The drive through 2 neighbors yards to cross a field. Then walked through the garden to the wrong house. I texted the driver a description of the house before they arrived. Why would your driver and his passenger drive off road through a field? I live on a paved road.

I’ve ordered here multiple times: online, by phone, and in-person. For some reason, it’s very challenging to make a pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. Every. Single. Time. Apparently this pizza request is a foreign subject.
The morning crew has been great, however! Order in-person if you can so you can emphasize your customizations. I will not be ordering from this location anymore, though.

When I ordered a supreme offline know what I ordered bc my husband was watching Me and told me how to order it. And there's not a way to choose just plain see pizza online. When I called the lady was being a smart butt about it. Well first rule is customer is always right. Plus the pizza we received was soggy on the bottom.

I want you to pick up an order that my family had ordered online and I went through the drive-thru there and it was fast quick and easy they gave me extra napkins for us everything that I asked for it it was perfect
The woman who checked me out was very kind & polite. We had a short conversation. The store was really clean. The pineapples didn't really have any flavor. Other than that, the food was pretty good. (Large pizza & breadstx = $31.54)
