Got here at 7:50pm and after work for 2 packs of water and the greeting lady didn't let me or other customers enter even though the time that they close is at 8pm. Not 7:50 pm...

I am so disappointed in my Sam's Club shopping today...I'm disappointed that I overheard several associates b!tching about the large orders they were putting together that were obviously for these poor people in NC that have absolutely nothing, NOTHING! They couldn't wait until til all this was done as they were pulling big dollies around with many boxes of diaper, baby wipes and were getting canned goods. These orders were placed by good and generous souls that are donating these things. So glad they have a job, a home and food to go home to. My daughter and I were sick to our stomachs listening to them!I am an avid Sam's Club shopper and have never had any negative feelings toward my experiences there. This is 100% directed to the associates working there today!

I went to buy new tires for my car , the technician text me that my car is ready to go and when I pick it up they tell me they had a problem with one tire 🛞 that they couldn’t remove the lug nut lock either the key so “they decided to use sockets and hammers and even drill bits to remove the socket that they used and couldn’t remove I was there from 3pm till 7 and the socket still remains on my car which at this point the lug nut and the stud and the wheel have damage a two managers and a supervisor, told the technician to try again by several means and then sent me home with an apology but go home with a five lug tire with only four functional ones . Which is unsafe and come back Monday to speak to our GM ..I’m very disappointed a wasted day and more time I have to waste correcting damage caused by Sam’s club and their technician 👨🔧

Absolutely avoid gas station and car wash!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- when codes and cards don’t work and you follow there machines as directed and call the store they make you feel horrible not ok- never even I am so sorry- or hey let me help we got you. Just RUDE - used to be a big advocate for this store and location NEVER AGAIN - you go a lot of places and be treated like crap ? like this place or go somewhere else and be valued… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

You order from a touchscreen kiosk, and wait for your order number to appear on the TV screen. The pizza and cheeseburgers are edible. The slushies are probably the best thing on their menu, especially when paired with one of their churros.
