My daughter and I both being chased down the aisle (on two separate occasions) to purchase insurance. Why am I paying a membership fee to shop and Sam's club and be harassed by a pushy salesman?Probably should have mentioned that the man decided to comment on my and my 20 year old daughters looks. Calling us pretty and the prettiest ladies in the store. Condescending nonsense, do I have to hear about my looks whilst purchasing mega packs of tp?

Ordered wings for delivery. During ordering it offered delivery by 4:00. Awesome! So, I ordered delivery. Immediately after ordering it says delivery between 4:00-6:00. I thought that would be okay. They never showed up and no refund as of yet. Maybe share how far behind you are prior to accepting delivery. Common sense.

Sams and Walmart in Georgia are a huge disappointment. They are dirty and trashy. I've traveled a lot in recent years and these are the worse. Go to Arkansas or Missouri their standards are much higher for their stores. It's a different world. I've never been in a dirty Costco in any state. What's the problem Walmart?

We enjoy going to Sam's for our frequently used items to buy in bulk. We get the things we need and head on our way. We always find great bargains at Sam's.

Absolutely avoid gas station and car wash!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- when codes and cards don’t work and you follow there machines as directed and call the store they make you feel horrible not ok- never even I am so sorry- or hey let me help we got you. Just RUDE - used to be a big advocate for this store and location NEVER AGAIN - you go a lot of places and be treated like crap ? like this place or go somewhere else and be valued… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE

Do not go to Sam's Club for your tire replacement. Bought 4 Micheline tires for my truck 2.5 months ago with extended warranty. I messed one up on a road hazard. Came back to the Buford location, someone said tire will come in 2-5 days. keep calling in to check on the tire and it's been almost three months now. Came back in and someone told me to go to Oakwood location, and they will replace it. Came in Oakwood location and they said they will replace it with a different tire different brand and will rolling at a different rpm and cheaper, that means the other threes will wearing out uneven or something like that. Now they want me to wait 3-5 days again until this tire come in. Someone in another location said if they can't replace it with the same tire they will have to replace all 4 tires. And the most mess up thing is the tire is available (they said out of stock). The store manager said if I want to replace all four, I can pay for three tire and the will void the 20$ installations fee. So I have to pay another $900-$1000 to have it replace correctly after spending $1200 worth of tire and it's last three months. Sam's Club have the best warranty for $20, seriously???

Average Walmart. What's crazy is that Highschoolerd run this store. They honestly do a pretty good job all things considered. It's always busy. I just wish it was 24 hours again

Rude and arrogant experience at checkout. Sam's associate refused to verify in store published pricing and product supplier marketing for mix and match any three. Was charged full price and immediately went to member services to return and secure refund.

Neat and Clean store. The Beef prices are outrageous. Health and beauty items were low in stock. Half of the cafe items were out of stock.
Five Stars +++ for the Tire and Battery Center at this Sams!! I had a nail in my tire that was set into the rubber pretty deep and the head of the nail was barely visible!! They told me to bring it right over and let them know when I arrived! They worked so hard to get the nail out that at one point two of the technicians had to work on the nail together. They we so determined to pull it out and repair the tire, and they did! I am truly grateful for the efforts of these automotive professionals!! I he didn't an amazing job and when I waited for the repair ticket to go inside and pay, they told me there is no charge for removing the nail and patching/plugging my tire!! Thanks Sams Club in Oakwood, you have some very awesome working in your Automotive and Tire Center!!

This Sam's club has it all. A gas station, eye doctor, pharmacy, tire shop and club cafe. They also have many hard to find items that you can't find at most other Sam's clubs. The associates are helpful and aren't hard to find if you need assistance with something. This club is located behind Wendy's and in the same complex with a absolutely HUGE Walmart (It's like a mini mall). It is conveniently located just off I-985 in Gainesville, Ga.

The visit was very pleasant and streamlined. I was impressed with the updates to the shopping experience as well. Terrific cooler area for salads and produce. Welcoming and updated tech is a hard thing for some places to master, Sam's did it here.

You order from a touchscreen kiosk, and wait for your order number to appear on the TV screen. The pizza and cheeseburgers are edible. The slushies are probably the best thing on their menu, especially when paired with one of their churros.
