went in today to sit and enjoy my coffee in the cafe and some lady who i can only assume is the manager because who else would have the audacity to do this, but she came in and threw her keys on the counter and stood behind another barista and started yelling what they needed idk i’ve worked in fast food and that’s not how you run things especially infront of customers

I come to this starbucks frequently and it’s been more than once that the barista at the window is very rude and always has an attitude! I believe her name is Izzie. The most recent time I went she was handing out my drinks with an attitude as if I was the biggest inconvenience of her life. It’s almost a relief when it’s not her handing out the drinks because everyone else is very sweet! Maybe she was just having a bad day but it shouldn’t be taken out on the customers:/

I come here every day, sometimes twice a day. They are by far the best Starbucks I have been to throughout the country. Everyone is always pleasant and drinks are always ready and delicious. Rarely have to wait, which is mostly cause by other patrons showing up and ordering 10 very custom drinks which take them more time. There was a point in time they would make my drinks before I ordered it because I came in like clock work. The biggest problem is the patrons that think they are in such a hurry and speed through the parking lot nearly causing wrecks just to go sit in line in the drive thru. In stead of mobile order and walk in and go. I usually spend maybe 5 mins in and out. Great store great people great managers.
Five people walked by …no greeting, no smile, no “we will be with you in a moment”. I can get a coffee elsewhere.

I’ve only been in this location one other time and that was last Monday on my way into work. Today when I went in during lunch and Daniel remembered my order and my name which was very impressive. He was very kind and knew the answers to all of my questions about coffee. My drink was made by a girl named Ray who was also very friendly. Everything was great and I will be back.
