I had popped in to work for a few minutes. The Hot Chocolate was mediocre. The staff was nice enough but I was disappointed that the interior was cramped and they had no outlets available. No need for me to come back to this location.

Went in to order my free Veterans Day coffee and ordered a grande Pike in a mug for here. I was informed by Beth I my only get my free coffee as a Tall. Oops! I then paid for a grande Pike.

Go to mocha cookie crumble I don't know if she made it wrong or what but this drink was simply nasty every time I've ever went to a different location it's been great I don't know what was wrong but the drink was nasty

Yesterday, at the drive-through, I saw a lady making tea with her bare hands handling the bag with her bare hands and workers too busy talking about where they should eat to greet customers.When i was trying to pay i couldn’t really see the pin pad becauseof the sun. The lady rolled her eyes and told her coworkers “hold on” as if i was a burden…..ordered a nitro drink with extra ice in a venti cup, but the lady argued that nitro doesn't get ice. I told her I understood I just like my drinks extremely cold and never had a problem at any other Starbucks. Just overall unprofessional and very disappointed in the service I received.

Im a med student and come here frequently to study for exams. I regularly study here hours at a time. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, restrooms too, they clean constantl! All around its a really nice starbucks.
