I’ve only been in this location one other time and that was last Monday on my way into work. Today when I went in during lunch and Daniel remembered my order and my name which was very impressive. He was very kind and knew the answers to all of my questions about coffee. My drink was made by a girl named Ray who was also very friendly. Everything was great and I will be back.

Probably the worst location with the worst staff lol. The ginger head who work the drive thru weekday mornings is always rude alone with two other girls

I wish I never had to use this location. Unfortunately it’s the most convenient one on the weekends and they always remind me why I HATE coming here. It’s just coffee why complicate things. They legit make it harder for me to get a cup of coffee. I have to order nitro in one cup. Sweet cream in another cup and mix my own drink behind the bar and make a mess every time. If I wanted to make my own coffee I wouldn’t come here and it’s you $100 for a cup of coffee. It’s ONLY this location. This message is for Jennica. Please don’t make people’s lives harder.

My favorite starbucks in the whole country probably!!! The starbucks baristas are so amazing. Shoutout to Nathalie, Noah, Rachel, Destiny, Becca, Ray, Christian, Ximena, Johan (sorry if I forgot any)!!! Im a regular so I know all their names at this point. Amazing drinks, amazing service☺️

The slowest service I've ever had at any 'Bucks. Over 20 min waiting for 3 items of a 4 item order. Was told something about people stealing orders, which I don't doubt, but I'd ordered in-house and sat waiting directly in front of the pickup counter. Sandwiches were hot since they were just heated, but the coffee was lukewarm. Oh, and 1 batista texting on her phone while orders backed up didn't help. In the end, they did provide a $4 gift card. That's appreciated, but it doesn't buy a good review. We all have off days, hopefully this was a rare moment.

Took over 20 min to get my drive thru order, with only 2 cars more. They did not help me throwing out an empty glass to the trash, so i had to park and get in. Terrible.

Always love getting my coffee here since the baristas always make them so goodddd. However, just placed my mobile order this morning with 4 venti drinks and 1 grande. I asked 1 lady name NATHALIE for a bag to out all of them in after I had to put my drink in the tray. She glanced at me and walked away with a racist attitude. Hope she can see this review and tryna adjust her attitude while at work so that starbucks will not lose any more customer :)

I cant remember how long ago this was but, some months ago I ordered a regular normal coffee, but that’s the thing with me and my coffees.. I HATEEEE hot boiling coffee, the last thing I wanna see is the steam coming from it. I want it ROOM TEMPERATURE. Anyways, I decided to ask if there was any way any how they could make it to where it wasn’t SO HOT? Like maybe use less coffee and more creamer (which I am not a fan of diluted coffee but I’ll take it over burning coffee any day) to which the guy working the microphone said that he could make it where instead they don’t steam the milk so much/and so long so it doesn’t get so hot. I said YES!!! Ever since then I’ve been CRAVING for that same experience and coffee! I’ve gone to other Starbucks since then and a lot of them act like they don’t know what I am talking about or just offer to put ice cubes instead. :( I cannot remember his name but that’s the thing with life sometimes, you don’t know how good you have it till it’s gone.. (since I’ve moved area from the area)

Miss Victory

This is the only Starbucks that almost always get my drink incorrect. It could be a simple drink but seems to always be inconsistent in how they make it. I’m not sure employees get proper training.

I’m convinced that the baristas here do not know how to make any drinks correctly, I’ve been to other Starbucks and get the same drinks made and it tastes the same everytime until I come here and it’s completely horrible.
