This one never fails to disappoint. Every time I go they send the message that it is done and you go inside and it is not. I go out of my way to never go to this location but friends sometimes talk me into it. It told me minutes before I got there my order of three drinks was ready. I get there and 2/3 were ready and I told the guy standing there about it and he said “she will figure it out” and walked away without telling the girl what was going on. With not a single other person in the store no one asked me what I was waiting for with two drinks in my hand.

I have visited this Starbucks several times and each time it is amazing. The staff are always kind and patient with my orders. I’m also impressed with how they treat other customers. I wish all locations were like this one.

Me and my fieancee waited 30 minutes for one drink, they served people that came in after us, and were extremely rude when we finally asked about our order. Worst location by far and they should really think about re-staffing or at least teach their employees how to approach people properly.

It was very slow and the girl at the window asked for a tip and after I gave it to her she was extremely rude. It was very disappointing because Starbucks employees are usually very friendly.

The wait time in the store and in the drive thru is extremely excessive. There is no reason why the drive thru time should take 45 minutes. As a former barista stores are graded on speed and accuracy and this store fails miserably. If it’s a staffing issue have more people work during your peak hours.

Great drinks as usual but who the hell changed the design to such an uncomfortable setting?? The seats suck, no more individual chairs, no meeting table, nothing. Whoever re-designed this should be fired.
