Just worked a double and went to Steak ‘n Shake in oakwood,,, I got a double burger meal and some chili,, the fries was ice cold, the burger wasn’t even done!!!!!!! And the bun was all tore up!! Like really!!!! And my chili was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere!!!!!! I took pics of the burger and wasted the money. Tried to call but couldn’t get no one on the phone!!!! Only thing good bout this visit was the cold drink(coke) I will tell anyone and everyone not to waste their time or money at the Steak ‘n Shake in oakwood! I didn’t eat none of the food!

Drive thru person was very pleasant got my food and pulled to a parking spot to eat and the burger was cold and the cheese and pickles were half way out of the bun and had 3 huge pieces of onion on such a small burger.

This was my second time eating at this location and wasn't happy the first time. I thought I would give them a second chance but they failed horribly.

Was told today that this location no longer does happy hour nor participates in any of the offers you see on Facebook or on your email (ex. Free fries) we come to this location a lot for our happy hour shakes, so I’m really surprised at this new change. We won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Very slow. Employees always tell you they are short handed as if that will be their excuse for poor service. They don't ever want to substitute items on the menu. They conveniently forget to print out a receipt to pay by so it's hard to figure if the prices are correct. Went twice in two months and that was too many.
