I never expect fast food to be anything crazy, but this taco bell sets the bar so low. My wife and I ordered online when she arrived at the location they handed her someone else's food. The manager said that was the only order he had under our name and couldn't change it or fix it. When asked what we needed to do to get our money back he said idk. Come on taco bell this is the guy you made manager? This location is also always out of items. I can't count the number of times I have been told they are out of beef or cups even. Lets not mention the wait is normally 3 business days. I'll still go to taco bell, but not this location. Oakwood taco bell is one big joke.

I dont know but as a Business Manager the crap I experienced today literally has me in a cloud of deep confusion. 3 teenagers and a manager who seemed out of it. To pay almost 12 for a box and receive what we all received is insane. I can make a taquito with what should be full. Then our cheese was inside and outside. Food was made sloppy and if I wasnt so tired after being at work and running important errands if I had it in me I would have driven back and literally cane out of character. 40 bucks later on 3 boxes and I still had to make my family something to eat!

They never actually make the food the appropriate way. Every time I order something it’s wrong or so skimpy it’s borderline comical.

Just went through the drive through grabbed a couple items a chicken chalupa has two pieces of chicken in it the shell hard crunchy not soft in the slightest

THIS STORE HAS RATS‼️ ‼️ I was dining in and I overheard the employees talking about it. They just picked up the rat that was by the fryer. Shouldn’t they have closed and disinfected the place? So the rats just live here? I just left my food and walked out.

This location is always very slow and the employees barely speak to people that come in. I’ve witnessed potential customers leave because no one spoke to them or acknowledged them while I’ve been waiting to pick up DoorDash orders. It consistently takes more than 5 minutes to pick up orders. And that’s if you can actually get service

Consistently has higher prices than other taco bells. The $9 luxe box for example costs $11.29. That box at other nearby locations is $9. I recommend just downloading toast and ordering at the el sombrero nearby for takeout. It tastes 10x better and is the same price as this particular location

little mexican girl with the pimples on her face june 8th at 1:58 am was really rude, terrible customer service, I came she didn’t acknowledge me at all. I waited at the front no one came to me and there was no people in the drive through and no one inside and when I told the girl i’m waiting on a uber delivery in she says she don’t have it and I tried to show her on the phone and she didn’t care.
