I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to the excellent service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out hot and fresh. The employees were patient, polite, and clearly cared about making sure customers had a good experience. It’s always nice to visit a place where the service is just as good as the food. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This Zaxbys has the best food! They do something better here than at the others. Whenever I am in town, this is where I go. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always good and the employees are nice and helpful.

I visit this Zaxby’s regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The manager, Christina, is consistently friendly, professional, and clearly knows how to run a smooth shift. Because of that, service is fast and efficient, and I never wait long for my food, even when it’s busy. The staff is well-organized, the restaurant stays clean, and orders are always correct. The food is fresh and exactly what you expect from Zaxby’s, but the standout here is the service and leadership. This location is reliable, well-run, and definitely one of the better Zaxby’s around.

I always get fresh, hot food in a flash at this location. The employees are well-trained and the service is always good. They smile and greet you as soon as you walk in. The dining room and bathrooms are always spotless. I went in to try the Zensation Wrap. It is amazing.

Food is always great here, service with a smile and clean dining area and clean bathrooms! I did get to witness a couple of people enhale their food except for one or two bites and then go complain and ask for free food. Very entertaining to say the least.

The staff and service is good but it need more cleaning. DON'T TAKE ICE from the fountain. it's too dirty! it has mold everywhere! you can died with it. It looks like it has more than a month without cleaning up and maintenance. The supervisor needs to do his job. 🤢

I walked into the Zaxby’s in Oakwood, GA (30566) hungry and hopeful and walked out ignored and holding cold food.

No one acknowledged me when I entered. No greeting, no urgency. The cashier on shift, Jordany P., announced they were going on break while customers were waiting. Eventually my order was taken, but the food came out cold and not fresh.

I asked for a manager expecting a simple fix. Instead, Joshua came from the back with a bad attitude and zero customer service. He questioned whether I asked for fresh food (I did), took the food back, and returned with the same cold food. When I said it was still not fresh, he refused to remake it and pushed a refund instead no apology, no effort.

Joshua should not be a manager or in customer service at all. Based on similar reviews, this is clearly an ongoing management problem. Corporate needs to step in, Joshua needs to be fired.

I will not be returning to this location. Customers deserve hot food and basic respect. I repeat DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

While traveling, we ran through the drive thru and after we pulled off we found that there were no utensils in our bag. I let them know and they comped me. I really do appreciate that. The food was delicious as well.

Ate at bunch of different Zaxbys and this location is by far the best, everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff is amazing and the owner Brad is awesome. My favorite Zaxbys in town
