Line in the drive through had cars wrapped around the building. Went inside to order. Employees were throwing food at each other behind the counter. Ordered to go and food came out fast. The drink machine had no ice. Soda was really warm and flat. On our way home found out cup had a hole in it. Not a good experience at this zaxbys.

My food came out in like 10 seconds. Kind of weird but it tasted good. The ice machine was broken and to make up for it they asked if I wanted ice when they gave me my drink. Good customer service!

like the sensation zalad.wosh they kept year round. unfortunately they forgot to put some of the sauces in for our meals. we requested no ice on our drinks and the cups were full of ice.

Great food service. Everything we ordered was correct. I was happy to eat here. I can now say that Zaxby's is better than Canes. It has more flavor and everything else taste better. Bring Zaxby's to California :)
Called management to complain about a guy cutting line being rude and recording me because honked at him after cutting the line and cursing at me i asked him to have him go around and take my order since he cut off the line and his reply was thats the world we live

My husband and I ate at the one in Oakwood two times this past week and both times we ordered the fried Chicken Philly sandwich. I think this is an awesome meal for the price the amount of food that they put in the bun not to mention the fast service and the friendly attitude that the employees had behind the counter we even engaged with a little laughter. My husband and I can definitely both agree the Philly chicken sandwich is definitely a keeper we love eating there but sometimes the salad and the regular sandwich gets a little old and we are so excited about the Philly chicken sandwich job well done Oakwood Georgia
