I ordered through the app today for lunch for me and my kids, and a receipt was emailed to me and money has already been pulled from my account, but yet when food was to be picked up they claimed there was no order from me and no money should've been taken from my account, yet when showing them the receipt they claimed that wasn't enough proof, but I have a literal receipt showing the time and date of my order and that money was taken out of my account, if they didn't have an order from me, what did I even pay for if they didn't have my order?? I just want my money back.
