The restaurant is a county, country local spot with good people working on getting the best food out. There is a need to get more organized for the ones coming in the door, and that is a matter of signage and control.Its certainly a good try for anything better than the Zaxbys or McDonalds.

This was the worst waste of money I think I have ever spent at a buffet. The meal was 28.95 for both myself and my granddaughter, and the food was definitely not worth the price. My granddaughter had been mainly there for the clam strips, and when we got there, they were cold and tasted like rubber. I actually called and talked to a man manager and asked him for consideration, since my granddaughter didn’t eat anything while we were there, and we had to go and get her something from somewhere else afterwards. Ian informed me there would be no refund, and that everybody else enjoyed the food. I had heard several people make comments while I was there about the rubber Ness of the overcooked, scallops and clam strips, and the taste of several of the dishes on the buffet. They definitely need to listen to their customers complaints and do a better job. It’s pretty sad to pay $80 for a meal for two people and not receive the contents of what that meal should’ve been.

Usually pretty good but today I arrived early and the fries were old and cold. The chicken was okay but not very warm. We didn't even finish our food.

We visited this place and the menu wasn’t updated. In my past experience, if there was anytime false advertisement regarding prices , the establishment would apologize and charge the advertised price. The manager/ owner said they just updated their menu. Okay, I can understand that, BUT you need to update every menu especially if there is pick up/take out option available.If you haven’t had a chance, you need to make the customer(s) aware of that when placing their order. Professional accountability and integrity is paramount to customer service excellence.

Soon after opening,two ppl ,8 pieces chikn,fries 2 teas 30..00 bucks,not been back til yesterday,lunch buffet,same deal,bit overpriced,not much selection,were out of meats ,right @ 12 noon...DONE w/that !!!

I'm still trying to figure out what the hype is here. We had crab and fried shrimp. The food was mediocre at best. Our server wasn't very friendly, and she made us feel unwelcome as she only returned to our table once and that was to give us the check. I asked for a to-go drink and she never returned to our table. I have no desire to return to the business.

I am a employee at the new holiday inn express in jesup. Which is located behind this restaurant. Me and 4 other Co workers approached the window to order. We waited over 35 mins. Which is well over our break. One co worker, they forgot to drop her tenders so she had to wait longer. As we got back to the break room immediately after getting our food. Me and another Co worker, ordered chicken Alfredo that was cold. I called and spoke with an unknown manager. Who was very nice and sincere. She apologized and told me that she will remake them. I told her our break was over and that we will get it tomorrow. She pulled up our receipts and retrieved our names. Well today for break my coworker called about her remake and was hung up on by Savannah! I called and Savannah answered the phone. I told her about the previous day. She stated she would replace it this time. But she doesn't believe it was cold. I was offended. As if we need to lie about their food. I always compliment these people. I recommended them to our guest, but not anymore. No one told us to bring the food back or anything. Which we would have done. We work hard for our money. And we would like hot food. she also stated she would make them. But when we got to the window. She then tells us she can't remake them because they are out of Alfredo. Which took over our whole break. I'm very disappointed and I'm shocked. Let's be clear the ladies at the window are great workers. They show great sportsmanship and good customer service.These guy's also granted the workers of the hotel a 10% off discount on food. But took it back. It's not a big deal. But definitely alarming as their menus sit stacked in our Hotel for guest to see!!!

Second time I have eaten here. Had the buffet this time....yuck! Fried chicken greasy and dry. It was over cooked for sure. Lima beans just okay. Like canned. Cheddar biscuits like hockey pucks and the mashed potatoes are not mashed. They are whipped with a mixer. The first time I went was a little better but not much. Will NOT go there again. Very pricey for subpar food.

Blackened shrimp was awesome. We got there too early for a baked potato to be ready quick, and I'm glad it happened. I switched to french fries which were the best I've ever had. Some kind of secret spice combination I guess.
