Terrible!. I ordered take out. I should have opened every contai er before i left. Got home and was terribly surprised. The crispy brussel sprouts were overcooked and soggy. The lamb chops were horribly small! Actually the brussel sprout was bigger. The salmon pasta was digestible even though the salmon was over cooked. I called the next time they were open to let them know how displeased I was. I got an apology and was told i would get a refuund for the lamb chop dinner at least. I told her the pasta waa digestible so i didbt request that. She said it would take 2 weeks for the refund which was ridiculous and which I NEVER RECEIVED. MY FIRST AND LAST TIME. BEWARE. I took pics. When i find them i will post! Terrible!

Where do I begin…My visit here was a part of my birthday gift from my parents and Rayne did not disappoint when it came to delivering a phenomenal experience. One of which tops the cake for any customer service interaction I’ve had in my entire life(no exaggeration). The tasting was full of enthusiasm, fun, laughter and most of all great tastings. Rayne is definitely a gem on her own but most importantly made me not only recommend this store to family/friends but also look forward to coming back in the NEAR future. Her intellect and suggestions truly blew my mind. Her ability to pair certain vinegars and oils seamlessly is a force to be reckoned with! She deserves a raise or even a higher paying position to honor and acknowledge her work ethic and knowledge; one that highlights Branch & Vine in a remarkable way. Rayne is a wonderful asset to your company.I left with with several items(oils, vinegars, teas, honey etc) if I could have packed more in my luggage I would have definitely walked away with everything suggested.Continued success to you Rayne in all of your endeavors. It was my first time ever visiting an oil and vinegar specialty shop. I explained to Lorri that I basically knew nothing, and she walked me right through a short education. Even said when I came back, they would assist in showing what pairs or combines well with other flavors. I haven't been THIS excited about my salads in a long time. :)

Poor customer service!! Was greeted... never asked if we needed assistance. The woman working actually walked passed us in an aisle she said excuse me but didn't attempt to ask questions or sale us anything. This place is NOTHING LIKE The Vinager and Oil place in Covington Square. The service at Covington Square is unmatchable! They should train Branch & Vine employees how to treat customers. I will never go back

Tia and Jean at Branch and Vine are the BEST. I appreciate them for hosting a cooking class for my friends and me. We had a blast learning to cook chicken mole using their awesome oils and vinegar. We also learned how to enhance our drinks using their vinegars...yes, they are amazing. It was so much fun that we will be back.
