From the lack of customer service to the child’s portions that were delivered, we left very disappointed. I used to be a local loyal, but unfortunately, the attitude that the waitress handled our complaints was up there with some of the worst. Far too many place to waste my time and money here.

We gathered for a birthday dinner, very nice. Gave it 4 stars bcs margaritas were small, pricey and weak. All the rest was good though.

Ordered a meal and when they gave me à la cart and I asked for an explanation… she told me she thinks that’ll be ENOUGH for me (size wise) shaming me. Who are you to tell me what I ordered was more than I needed! I’m in shock! So disrespectful!! Plus it was Overpriced for what I got. I work in a Mexican restaurant.

We have to be the victim of just a bad day for the restaurant. We have heard from a bunch of folks, whom we trust, that this place was great. In quality and service. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience. One entre was complete forgotten and our 4th person came and sat down a few minutes late and mattress never acknowledged him nor asked if he wanted a drink or meal! It had to be an off day for the staff.
The main entrees were totally average at best. The chips and cheese dip were AMAZING. And the drink prices and quality were great (frozen and on the rocks were great). No complaints with the prices at all - very reasonable.
We have had this place on our list for months and we were so excited! It was packed for a Wednesday which is shows how popular it is - I just wish the service wasn’t so poor. Both of us are on the fence about Casa Vieja - we were let down a little.

What an awesome little restaurant tucked into a shopping center. The food was excellent and authentic. The service was good and our server was helpful with menu suggestions. We had the mojcajete and it was enough for the two of us to share...it was excellent.
