chick fil a … I ordered breakfast for my child 15 minutes before they finished serving breakfast. When I arrived I unfortunately was not served because it turned out to be too late, it was 10:28 am and I ordered from the drive thru at 10:10 am. The explanation was that we were too late (early) and they were out of eggs! The manager didn’t even apologize! All he did was return the order and replied sarcastically with a smile on his face “have a nice day”. as much respect I had for this place I have lost it…. and it’s not about me it’s about the little kid….

This place continues to be a big miss, especially in the evenings. A family member ordered a salad for me and brought it straight home tonight and put it in the fridge. I got it barely an hour later when I got home from work and immediately when I opened it, I could smell that it was sour and spoiled. The apples were brown and soggy and half of the lettuce was slimy, wilted and gross! I tried to pick out the bad pieces initially, but it became too much. I tried a bite of the fruit which was sour and gross. This was completely disgusting! If it hadn't been so late, I would have brought it back and made them remake it, but I shouldn't have had to do that at all. This salad should have NEVER been served to someone. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened, and it continues to happen. We are often missing parts of the meal, have half-full fries, or get spoiled food like tonight's salad. I shouldn't have to continually go back to get missed food items or get things re-made, but they have been straight sloppy and horrible with their food preparation. I won't continue to recommend this location given their steady decline in quality and service!!!!

Love cfa, but at this specific one when I was picking up a drive thru order, the person I talked to didn’t ask if i wanted to add anything like how they normally do and immediately walked away. So i couldn’t get his attention because he was already at another car. But not only that, I ordered a frosted lemonade and they had it on the drive through window and this lady pull up to my right and they gave it to her instead. (yes she may have ordered one too) but i asked for mine and they said i didn’t get one, when i literally did it on the app. So not sure what was going on there but just overall was very unprofessional compared to the many different locations i’ve been to.

If you have 60 extra dollars and are looking for a fast way to feed a family of four fast food......look no further. For the low price of 60 dollars, you and your 3 other family members can enjoy a thin piece of chicken on a bun, 4 waffle fries, and a cup of ice with a little bit of no-llonger freshly squeezed lemonade!

My wife came through the DT this evening to bring us home dinner. My fruit cup looked as like it was only half way full. Her side salad had cheese on it when she asked for no cheese asked again to make sure she said no cheese, the receipt said no cheese and there was till cheese on her salad. She had a dairy allergy so it’s not like she can just take it off. They also completely forgot the sauces she asked for. She wanted house dressing. She used the DT specifically because the app won’t let you ask for house dressing. They also only have one straw for the 2 drinks ordered.
