I have never had a bad experience at a chick fil a. This location is no exception. Even if the line gets long, they always keep it flowing smoothly. Every employee is a complete professional: pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable.
This Chick-fil-A always seems to give McDonald vibes. I'm trying to figure out who decided it was a good idea to put this burnt, rock-hard cookie in a bag for someone. This is NOT the first time, but they reached a new high in the lows today. Please do better. HARD AS A ROCK‼️

I love Chick-fil-A and had posted a review years ago after it had opened that this particular Chick-fil-A was either hit or miss, which broke my heart. Well, over time it has become very consistently wonderful. The food is always fresh, the team is consistently gracious, and their focus on the customer is outstanding. All this to say that the Operator and team at this CFA has truly made the effort to improve and the result is one of my favorite places to eat, rain or shine! ❤️
This location was subpar. There were two associates talking to each ither when I walked in, however, I was not greeted, then they walked away. I went to the restroom, which was not the cleanest. I went to the register to order my food, a group of associates were at the drive-thru having a conversation, with one saying, "Yeah, welcome to the ghetto". After a minute, someone came out to take my order, she didn't speak, just asked me what I wanted. The food was warm, not hot. The young lady cleaning the dining area only wiped off the tables, but food and debris were on the chairs and floor. Maybe this location isn't used to seeing certain people come in, but when working with the public, you have no choice.

It’s just better here. Chick fil a in general is an echelon above other “fast food” establishments , but even by chick fil a standards this location just gets it and does everything better.The staff genuinely care. They remember names and favorite orders. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and good is cooked better. Service is fast and management is always coaching and mentoring team members. I would want to work here. I drive by other closer chick fil a locations to come to this location for the consistently positive experience and superior food and attitudes. All are welcome here and the staff handle lunch rush well and anticipate surges. Both the drive through and dine in are run smoothly. Electric car charging both AC and DC is a bonus here.

Everything you'd expect of them. Great food, excellent and quick customer service. Plenty of parking available, however entry and especially exit via a vehicle is a challenge with traffic. Has easy golf cart access with dedicated golf cart parking.Parking: Not to hard to get in, but exiting gets backed up and is challenging either way you go on 54. Exiting to the east is pretty easy, but you must use the light to exit to the west and it is easily congested with traffic.
