The cook for steak should be fired. Medium rare ribeye came out so fast that it was rare. Send back to cook more and still rare, bouncy steak. Exchanged for a burger.
Seems like this Chili's location is run like a fast food restaurant.

When we came in was told it would e 20 minutes or so, even though there were several empty tables . Saying that, the kitchen is behind? After 30 minutes walked back in and the empty tables had people sitting that had come in after we did ( give my phone number and was told we forgot to text you) if the service with your greeters was that bad we can't expect any thing better? After being seated, it took 15 minutes for the server to come take our order. He said, "Sorry for the wait. I'm the bartender also."
(Drink glass had trash in the bottom of it, just water.
For this location, try to visit when no one else is there.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to this location. From the moment we were seated, the service was incredibly slow and unresponsive. It took 15 minutes just to be greeted and offered water. We placed our order immediately upon first contact with our server, yet we watched multiple tables—seated after us—receive their food before we did.
Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly request assistance just to get refills on water. Our waitress never checked in on us, and after waiting over an hour for our food, we had to ask another staff member to find her. When she finally arrived, I asked her to check on our order, and she returned shortly after with our food.
The Big Bite sandwiches were inedible—the bread was so hard it crumbled upon biting. When I requested a replacement, the waitress brought me an empty plate to transfer the burgers myself before taking them to the back. Instead of making fresh sandwiches, the kitchen simply replaced the top bun and sent the food back out. I knew this because I had marked the burgers, and the bottom bun was still rock hard. To take my food back into the kitchen and only replace half the bun is completely unacceptable.
Beyond the food quality, the lack of service and attention to guests was frustrating. We even had to beg for basic drink refills, including a lemon drop margarita. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel like I wasted $60 on poor service and subpar food.
I hope Chili’s takes this feedback seriously, as this visit has made me reconsider dining at your restaurant in the future.

We stopped by for dinner and were glad we did. The food (Southwest rolls, ribs, fries, mac & cheese and quesadillas) was good. Our server (Destiny) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great. They have plenty of t.v.'s to watch sports etc.

Was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while, the host had the worst attitude ever.. there was 4 of us and she sat us at the 6 top table right in the middle of the restaurant so we kindly asked if we could have a different table and she then went back into the kitchen and proceeded to talk negatively about us moving with her coworkers. She was also continuously giving me and and the rest of my party weird and unfriendly glares. our server was the only decent part of our visit, didn’t catch her name tho. The host was also arguing with other servers right infront of guests. We all felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
You could just tell this shift was being very poorly managed. Disappointed is a understatement

Friday night at peak time. No wait, service was good. Small delay on food but can’t complain because they were busy. Food came out hot and drinks were good. Good experience.

Incredibly disappointed and I’ve been coming here for years and our last visit! Server started off great but we needed food heated up after it just came out of the kitchen. Beans were room temp, mashed potatoes were cold along with broccoli. Asked server to heat up and he never came back to the table! Was sat a 15+ table with no help and left our food in the kitchen and nearly 20mins no one came to our table. No refills, never got our food back, needed more sour cream and napkins (only got two for four people). Requested a manager and apparently Taylor was who we got. Extremely rude, short and unprofessional not even offering an I’m sorry! Gave us a police discount, took part of our missing meal off and was charged $7 for steak vs chicken in my quesadilla and still charged full price for chicken. My quesadilla ended up being $22! We were so annoyed she started embarrassing the server in front of us! I’ve been in this industry and to tongue lash a server in front of guest is a huge NO!!!!!! How degrading! This manager is NOT right for the food industry! Save your money and go someplace else! So sick of spending my hard earned money on crap service and even crappier food! This is the real reason servers aren’t making money! Piss poor management doesn’t help!
