We like Chipotle but this restaurant has had terrible service since it opened. Yet again we received an incomplete order. The web site does not let you speak to anyone so your only option is a refund which left two of our group without food. This is not new and management must be aware of the lack of quality control and do not make any changes.
Food is great and inside when I order is perfect with good portions. EVERYTIME I go through the drive thru I get about HALF the food. Should get what you pay for. Paying 4 dollars for extra meat and getting less is ridiculous. Last time I went I got half of what I get from when I go inside and no silverware just a shit tone of napkins. Makes me NOT want to eat at the restaurant u less I have time to go inside. I've spoke to a few others that have the same issue when placing online orders.
Rice was hella hard/undercooked, asked for bowls to be remade, got new bowls & rice was still hard.
Worst service ever.
I got home after I picked up my order and the whole order was wrong and when I tried to call you can’t talk to a person it’s automated
I had an extremely disappointing experience on May 13th, 2025, at around 7:30 PM. The young woman working the food assembly line—distinguished by her noticeable eyelashes—was shockingly rude. She handled our order carelessly, slamming items around, rolling her eyes at us for no apparent reason, and serving us significantly less than standard portions. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to respond and rolled her eyes once again.
In contrast, the red-haired employee who mentioned it was his first day was kind and respectful—I truly hope he has a better experience in this workplace. Unfortunately, the overall service was unacceptable and left a very negative impression.
DO NOT COME HERE!! If I could, I would put zero stars. This is why this Chipotle has 2.7 stars OVERALL! The white guy who does the rice and chicken is not friendly at all and I think he is racist. We were the only black people in there and everybody else's bowl was loaded ( they were Caucasian…). I am not even exaggerating he put 2 pieces of rice on my burrito and 1 piece of chicken. He is extremely rude and he doesn’t even say not word the whole time. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE AND FIRE THIS GUY.

Food is excellent!!! Love it. But this place right here needs some serious clean up. Tables are dirty. Trash overflowing. Drink area needs work.

You’re better off going to CAVA or MOES unless you want dirty tables to sit at, hard rice, and burnt meat. Oh! And you can’t forget about the teenage workers who don’t like to be bothered at work 😁

There is one young man who works here that I really like, but apart from that this place was pretty terrible. The food was good, but as I went along the line no one except the one young guy said a word to me. It seems like a younger kid that works during lunch.

Slow service even for a chipotle. Window pickup is even slower. Just walk in, that way the food will be "fresh" but still ice cold.

I really want to support this company, because I am very picky about ingredients and this was one of the only restaurants that doesn't use anything I can't eat. But they must do something to train their staff to be more careful, because there was meat in my son's vegetarian sofrita burrito twice. He was so grossed out and could have gotten sick if he hadn't noticed. It was his favorite place, and now he doesn't even want to go there anymore. I also wish there was a way to call the actual store, not only use their automated online system. 😔
Nothing good to say about this place, sadly. We’ve tried it 3 different times and we won’t be back.
Our orders are almost always wrong. The rice is crunchy, the steak is crunchy and the attitudes are bad.
It’s crazy how many bad reviews there are and clearly not one thing has been done to fix it.
