I have a Ruben, draft, & fries most often when I visit. If I do not get by often enough (monthly) I start to have withdrawal symptoms!The Grille is an upscale joint with appropriate decor, clientele, & offerings.Parking: Regular parking & handicap. I cannot imagine the parking around the building being full. However, if that happens there is wide open parking out from the building. What I'm trying to say is that parking will be available long after the Grille will have reached capacity!

The food was tasty. I had grilled Salmon with Cajon seasoning and it was prepared very well. The server was friendly and very efficient. I guess the atmosphere would be fine if you liked sitting at a bar and having a few with friends. We are just not bar people and didn’t like sitting in the bar area.

Came for lunch with my husband about a week ago. I had the Club Wrap, really good. Fries were crispy too love that! He had the Fish and Chips! Portion was HUGE! Also said fries were great! Service was fast and prompt! Very friendly and personal vibes!! I had iced tea and he had a cold beer! Both good and service was quick as well. Very enjoyable lunch! Will definitely be back soon.

Disappointing Dining Disaster: A Review of Crosstown Grille Restaurant’s Terrible Customer ServiceAs a frequent patron of various dining establishments, I recently visited Crosstown Grille with high hopes for a delightful culinary experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered by the abysmal level of customer service encountered during my visit.From the moment I walked in, it was evident that something was amiss. The staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming because we had to wait to be seated although the restaurant was empty of patrons. Eventually we were finally escorted to a table.To make matters worse, the food took an exorbitant amount of time to arrive, and when it did, it was underwhelming in both presentation and taste. It was evident that little care or attention had been given to the preparation of the dishes.As I attempted to express my dissatisfaction to the manager, I was met with further disappointment. Rather than offering a sincere apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the manager brushed off my concerns with a flippant remark and made no effort to address the issues at hand. He stated that we were not welcomed to return to his restaurant. I certainly wish he had stated his disinterest in our patronage prior to ordering. This would have save our time and offered our tastebuds a better option at a restaurant with better quality food and customer service.Overall, my experience at Crosstown Grille was nothing short of a dining disaster. The combination of lackluster service, subpar food quality, and an indifferent management team left me feeling utterly disappointed and disheartened. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment unless significant improvements are made to their customer service standards.

I've gone to this restaurant several times, but the visit yesterday(3.24.24) was the worst ever. The customer service...not by the server, but the owner was deplorable. His tone, his treatment of paying customers (no gift cards, no coupons, no freebies) we paid with real cash, but most of all his treatment of women & people of color. Horrible experience. This was the most outright rude, disrespectful experience. I will never visit or even think of recommending this facility to anyone. I gave a 1 star rating because I could not give them a 0.
