Very disappointed. I've had other Crumbl cookies at other locations, but this one was needlessly bad. When you walk in, ypu don't interact with an employee, you choose your cookies and pay at a kiosk. Some were sold out, no problem. We did our order and paid, only to find out that they only had 2 of the 6 cookies available. If we walked in and were greeted, they may have said they were out before placing an order. I wouldn't have been mad, but they were out of chocolate chip...how does that happen, really?!

I ordered 4 cookies and they boxed them up for me quickly, however I did wait about 10 mins for curbside , I opened to check them and I drove on. The rectangle box is a terrible design (not a flaw from PTC) and did not fit on my seat well. I went over double tracks and the box fell to the floor and the cookies were on the floorboard. I wasn’t able to take these to my client as they were on my floorboard. I contacted crumble and they said I needed to get ahold of the store, which I did. The gal was initially nice when I was exposing my situation and I asked for a voucher for the next time or possible refund so I could order again. That’s when she caught an attitude and tone of voice changed and said “your driving is not our fault and it’s not our responsibility to give you a voucher or refund so no.” (understandable but I’m not A nascar driver) however it was the tone of voice and lack of empathy is what turned me off about this location. A simple “sorry but please understand we cannot offer a refund or voucher and we are terribly sorry about your experience “ would have made me happier than a IDC attitude. Crumbl itself contacted me again to check on my expertise and the the company itself gave me a voucher (which is wonderful and didn’t ask for )and apologized on their behalf. I will be returning to crumbl, just not at the Peachtree city location.
