considering i placed an order online for a custom cake and when arrived it was not even made. wouldnt make it and had to get a premade cake

Just ordered a dipped cone and watched the girl touch the cone with her bare hands. Then she went to the cash register and touch the screen and then her hair , all while switching hands touching the cone!!! Plan nasty. Will never go back.

Typically great service and generous blizzards. Today, they were skimpy and team was more interested in talking to each other than acknowledging us. Our pups love coming here to get pup cups. This group of teens didn’t offer or even say hello. Hopefully the review will be read and taken seriously. 5 stars because we normally love this place. We will be back.

Consistent good quality, fast and pleasant. Not much more you can ask for. I always ask for no whipped cream and most places dont listen. There they never put it on. Workers are friendly and efficient. The line moves quickly.

Love this place. Usually eat at the bar, get the Charbal's Fish Skillet with salmon and the martini Pain Killer. The service is always superb. The meals are always delicious, truly one of our favorite places to eat.

Very few fast food restaurants I will give a five star rating, but I enjoy this place. It’s quiet and it’s very small. The ice cream is really good. It doesn’t even fall out of the cup. And the service is phenomenal really quick just like most Dairy Queen and nice people running it too. Definitely come here if you’re looking for like a Dairy Queen.

We’ve been there twice now during what they say their business hours are online. The first time we came at 9:00pm when they were suppose to close at 11:00 and they were already completely closed down and employees were gone and today we went at 10:55am expecting them to be open at 10:00 as their hours say and were refused service because they don’t open until 11. After reading previous reviews this one won’t change anything either but we definitely won’t be back.

Ordered a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cake online for a graduation party but was given an Oreo Ice Cream Cake. The party was that day so we had to make the Oreo flavor work. Also while waiting in line to pick up my order there was a roach crawling on the wall next to the cash registers. The employees didn't seem bothered by the roach so that let's me know they are used to seeing them. One positive was staff was friendly, but would not recommend this location.

I PREORDERED 2 CAKES AND THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THEM!!! So I ordered a normal ice cream cake and a Oreo ice cream cake and the second we walk in and ask for our cakes, they say that they don’t have any except one for DoorDash. They then tried to make us pay for both of the cakes even though we got neither of them and one that was literally for someone else (we preordered and prepaid for these btw). Also the dude in the back who was supposed to be cooking, was asleep. He was the only one not working in the front. (The blizzard machine was also rllyy disgusting). So overall we never got our refund and only that one cake.

went to the store at 2:17pm Dominique was the cashier who assisted me and was very rude, was Rushing to take orders , Very disrespectful, and was on the phone at the same time while taking orders and giving food and yelling at her kids, very unpleasant visit do not recommend

Didn't have bananas for the banana splits ordered. Told me they could not refund a mobile order to pick something else. I didn't want anything else. Said I'd have to deal with customer service. Customer service for 2 months now keeps sending me back to them in a never ending cycle of scam. All over $16.02. Not even a credit.

Out of bananas for a banana split for the 4th time in a row. When asked why they are always out, they said “when we get them they sell really fast”. As an owner or even the buyer, what should that tell you?
