Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I recently visited Dairy Queen and had an absolutely terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude and treated the employees horribly right in front of customers. It was really uncomfortable to watch. To make matters worse, the place was filthy. I saw roaches and even a rat while I was there. It’s completely unacceptable for a food establishment to be in such poor condition. I won't be coming back and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Came here to try a new flavor "crunchin' cookie dip" and they did not serve it even though it's a new product and they didn't even have chocolate soft serve in a simple cone. Very disappointed. What kind of ice cream place doesn't have chocolate soft serve?

I have been there 5 times and have yet to have a good experience. Today was the worst and I won't go there again. I would recommend you go to other DQs.
1. I asked for a Cookies and Cream shake like I get at other DQs and was told they couldn't add anything to their shakes. I got a Bizzard instead.
2. I waited 10 minutes for the person ahead of me in the drive thru to be served. They should have done what most places do and have that person park and wait for their food to be brought out instead of holding everyone else up.
3. At the window, I noticed their Health Dept Inspection Rating was not posted. I asked the woman what their score was. She played dumb and said she didn't know what I was talking about and said she was just an employee. I briefly explained what the score was and she said she had no idea what that was. So I thoroughly explained it again and she exclaimed, "oh yeah! I don't know what the score is. I'm just an employee." When I asked to speak to the manager, she said there wasn't one working.
4. When she handed me the blizzard. It was melted and spilling over the sides which spilled in my cup holder.

Overall a very poor experience!!!

Is there a reason dq closes at 940 on a Saturday night? Your store hours state your open til 11 but we were told to go through drive thru if we wanted to order.

Their internet/Google info shows them opening at 10a. I arrived at the Petrol Point location at 10:30a to P/U and deliver a DoorDash order. When I arrived I was told that they weren’t going to make the order because they weren’t open until 10:30 🤷🏼‍♂️ I stated that their website says 10a. The little girl, probably 15 yes old said again we’re not open and not making your order. I asked her to call DoorDash and advise as to their status. She walked away and I went outside to call the customer and update DoorDash, since I was going to be penalized for not completing the order. While standing outside the door they actually locked the door 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️😳 I was blown away by the unprofessional approach to their inadequacy.

This Dairy Queen has the most rude staff I've ever encountered at any food establishment in my life. Not sure if the management makes the staff miserable or if they are just completely unkind humans. Either way, will never spend another cent here!

they need to update their hours. also they ignore customers even though their open sign is on. absolutely horrible services. do not come here.

Second time coming to this Dairy Queen, and second time the food was awful. First time I received 3 tiny burnt chicken strips. Today I got a burger that tasted like microwaved rubber. Never again! This place sucks!

The time on the door says 10am the people in in side said 10:30 so is it because I'm white and you don't want to wait on people with your hateful Attitude yall need to get to your job on time then to be late in my book these 2 need to be fired

Came 2 days in a row. They always close when they feel like it. Once an hour and a half before they’re supposed to close and once 45 minutes before store was supposed to close. Don’t even apologize they just turn the lights off and pretend they’re not there.

When we waited in the drive thru for a bit, made our order, then when it came to pay, we were told their icecream was water and they couldn't make our blizzard. Would have been nice to know back at the speaker when we placed our order.

The staff was sweet and they were dealing with the ice cream machine breaking but we were given completely melted blizzards, waited 40+ minutes for food and missing a blizzard. When we asked to just have the missing blizzard refunded the manager said it was impossible because of it being a mobile order so we waited for the machines to be online. Overall a very disappointing experience.

We went there at 9:05 when it says that they do not close till 10:00 with about 15 people after a wedding rehearsal dinner. They would not open the door and made us all walk through the drive-thru to get ice cream. Staff was very rude.
