Also ordering and when we got to the window employee had zero personality or customer service skills

Came back to revisit this location tonight to give them a shot at redemption, having been disappointed a number of times in the past few years - sad to say that nothing has changed, still serving melted blizzards.I will leave this location out as a potential local food & ice cream vendor for our family going forward.

Some of the rudest customer service I have dealt with, even the manager is rude. Drive thru speaker needs to be fixed because you can barely hear the workers and clearly they can’t hear you order either, because I asked for a strawberry milkshake and got vanilla. Will not be coming back to this location again!!!!

Went through today and ordered the Red velvet cake blizzard and said they were out of the ice cream to make it. This was a huge disappointment especially since this isn't the first time this has happened. They need to be better stocked than this. I hope they'll get another shipment of the ice cream in soon so I can have one before it's gone.

We went to celebrate my kids getting straight As. My Mom ordered a Dilly bar and as soon as she was unwrapping it, it was already falling off the popsicle stick. She had to hold it from both ends to keep it from falling off all the way. It was a messy nightmare. Everything else was fine though.
