This location stated they do not honor the Dickey's rewards point system. The store denied giving me my online order because a reward was redeemed. Discriminated and mistreated with false accusations of manipulation with the points I earned on the App as a loyal customer. After witnessing bugs on the register, I wouldn't recommend.

Resturant was dusty with spider webs all over menus, lights and decor. Only 2 others patrons eatting at 1pm on a Thursday. If they dont have any customers why is the store so dirty was all I could think as I walked out without ordering.
Very clean but meats were bland and tasted boiled not smoked. Owners were very nice but doesnt taste like Dickeys.

Ordered take out. Brisket sandwich combo. My fries were black!!! I asked if they could be made over. The lady behind the counter suggested that they were like that because they were hand cut fries. I was not born yesterday I know how hand cut fries look and they are not black. Either the grease was old or they cooked too long. I asked her to try again. She did and they were not black as I knew they wouldn’t be with more effort. The brisket was hard. I prefer tender. The ranch was not homemade which taste better. Most “Texas style” bbq sandwiches come with pickles mine did not have any. And they did not give me napkins in the bag. Was not impressed with this place at all. I expected more from a bbq place that’s been in business since 1914.

I really enjoyed myself, the brisket was tender, juicy and delicious. The crew was hospitable and welcoming.
I tried the 3 meat plate, with brisket, pulled pork and sausage. Everything came out tender, juicy and delicious. The crew was friendly and helpful.
Food was definitely not fresh and cold. Sides tasted like it was from the freezer section in Walmart, not like it used to be made here. The barbecue sauce was cold and there was a nasty film over it. The tea tasted old and burned. I paid for 2 lunches, which was over $32, that was not fresh or good. The service is good, but food is lacking tremendously, as well as cleanliness. I can understand why is was empty... I'm very disappointed, as this used to be one of my favorite restaurants.

We found ourselves here and hungry. The food was good and the people were awesome!! The Westerner is definitely worth trying. I put sweet and spicy BBQ sauce on it and it didn't disappoint ?

Walked in on July 4th at 2pm, we were the only 2 in the restaurant. Not a huge surprise, it was after the parade and lunch and before dinner and fire works. Food was good but expensive, we split a standard meat plate that comes with 2 sides, got pulled pork and spicy sausage with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, plus one drink, $20. Food was good, sides were ok. Prices are a little high for what you get. A positive experience overall! ?

Never again, Manager was abusive, inflammatory, derisive all because I am disabled and on a cane. By far the most disgusting display I have ever seen. Customer blocked the handicap entrance and threw a fit when I asked her to move so I could walk up the ramp. Instead the manager gave her her food for free after she called the sheriff on me for taking a picture of her license plate. Bonus, customer was a nurse and parked in the zebra stripe area. Fortunately, I did not fall, though I did stumble trying to come off the curb.I are up eating Dickey's in Texas. I will never step foot in one again.I have photos to prove it did happen. And it was not in the last month. But the review had been changed to reflect the honest nature it the franchise owner.

First time here and they treated me like family vaery good food 10 out of 10 will come back soon
The food was excellent, and the staff even fought with a mostly-broken ice cream machine to get the last bits out for my kids. Very impressed.
Excelente fast food! Dinner quality in a fast meal! Prepared right there in front of you! Will go back again!

I visited right at dinner time on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty. There were no other customers. I asked about one of my favorite sides, and they had been discontinued. I ended up getting two plain pulled pork sandwiches and a large drink for just over $20. The food was fresh, and the service was prompt. There was an issue with two different payment systems. The free ice cream was out of order. It is a shame because this could be a great restaurant but seems to be on life support. They need more customers so they can keep all menu selections in stock and their equipment in working order.
