Gave our pizza to another customer, messed up our other pizzas by not adding sauce. Another time they added the wrong toppings. Other locations didn't mess up this much. In total with them having to remake the entire order it took 47 minutes.

Ordered my pizza at 543. It was Valentine's Day so I figured it would take awhile. At around 640 got notification the delivery driver was pulling up but he never showed up. Marked my pizza as delivered and it wasn't. No big deal. Called the store 3 different times and was on hold for 15 min each before someone would pick up and hang up the phone. Had to leave Valentine's dinner early cause my kids were starving at home to go to the store where they would not issue a refund. Also, had to wait longer for them to make my food again. The manager rolled her eyes when I stated I wanted my food but I also wanted my refund for 3 1/2 hours of my time. But she stated she can't do that so in other words they get my tip and delivery fee when I did all the work for the most part. Also, while in the store they had no orders on the screen and the phone was ringing off the hook and they just stood around. Way to many problems at this place.

I don't know why I tried again. This was two of their pizzas with supposedly 'extra cheese', which NEVER seem to be any more than the original amount. The New Yorker pizza was terribly dry and tasted like board. My Alfredo pizza seems to have very little sauce, and cheese/ingredients stopped a quarter inch from crust. I'd rather pay the absorbant prices of the little chains than waste my money trying to save a couple of bucks. Overall HORRIBLE

The Pizza here was great until few months ago. It has started to come as almost raw even when I selected well done it was not enough

Two of the three pizzas were great, but the third pizza was as if they wanted us to eat a red sauce soup, I called and it was hung up on after delivery. I called back number of times with no answer. I called back again a couple of hours later and was hung up on again! I was very polite, but got nowhere but hangups. The pizza that was messed up was supposed to be the best pizza that they have to offer, the pan pizza and I had bragged

So 2 weeks ago ordered a deluxe pizza, when I got home it was an extra sauce with black olives only. Called and said it would be a free replacement to call and order it anytime
Talked to the new manager, and he agreed and made it....said 20 min
So I arrive 25 min and almost left when he hands me a cheese only pizza.
Now I have to stand here waiting another 25 to make it right.
There is a leadership and staffing issue here and management/owner needs to come work here beside employees for a while to get this fixed.
1. Verify pizza matches order ticket
2. Have customer look at pizza and verify again
3. If they had customers pizza wrong at the time of their arrival. Pizza is free
We won't come back. Too many other pizza options in town to deal with this mess.

last few orders have been terrible. pizza was under cooked and the bites were burn and greasy.

This place needs to staff better. It's a weeknight and they've got over a dozen pizzas on the board and the one guy hustling to take orders, ring people up, answer questions, and make/bake pizzas. He is scrambling for all he's worth but one person swamped does not a good business decision make.

The pizzas, the bread is very thin and they fall apart, the bread is very thin?
Terrible customer service. The online tracker showed my item had been out of the oven for over 30mins and my delivery window had passed. So, I called the store to ask for an update. I spent over 30mins on hold and spoke to someone twice who wasn’t able to provide and update, just kept placing me on hold.

The food is fine if you get the right order. I ordered online and once got my food the pizza was wrong. I tried to call the store (peachtree city location) and waited over 15+ minutes and then hung up on. Called back waited more time and nothing. I gave up I couldn’t get anyone to pick up and actually talk to me. So that’s an issue. I ended up just going online and “reported an issue” I got points for the issue. But it would have been nice to talk to someone and actually get the correct pizza instead of online points to use towards my next order. Also I paid for dipping cup side and didn’t receive them. SMH

This place has gotten my order wrong more than right. Info on app is never right. Food is mediocre and staff doesn’t seem to have any answers. Place of last resort for pizza in PTC.

I am a very playful customer to this specific Domino's. There have been a few issues in the past that were fixed promptly. Today I ordered my free pizza through my rewards. I got a large NY style pizza that was promoted for members only instead of getting a free medium 2 topping pizza. Tell me why I was handed a large NY style pizza that has ham and sausage on it? I called the store 2 separate times and stayed on hold for about 20 minutes with no answer I am highly disappointed....AGAIN.I wish I could add a picture because I have the receipt and the wrong pizza to show y'all.
