Ordered delivery almost an hour and a half ago. When i called (after seeing the driver sitting at a house for 30 minutes), i was told we are the next stop and due to rain the app isnt updating. Well as soon as i got off the phone, the car moved from the house. I hate liars. Just be honest. I promise you i will not tip liars. Unacceptable to lie. Unacceptable to not just apologize. My food will be cold. Guess what, still not here after another 10 minutes from the update manager gave.

$7.99 for a large pizza, and all I have to do is drive up and they deliver to my car? Yes please! We’ve made it a fun family activity where all the kids and I load up on the van, drive over together, and then cheer when the Domino’s employee brings the pizza to the van. The employees are always nice enough in their interactions - just calibrate your expectations that you are at a Dominos and not a fine dining establishment (looking at you negative reviewers). I always feel like I’m getting great value for the price, and how many places can you satisfactorily feed a family of 5 for less than $20 these days?

I ordered a pizza as I have done every Friday for the last 3 years. The only difference was this order was placed on a Friday afternoon instead of my regular Friday night. It took longer than usual for the pizza to arrive. When I saw the pizza and wings I immediately called the store and stated that the quality of the pizza was not there and I wanted to share this information. The person who answered immediately hung up the phone. I called back and they did not answer. I got into my car and went to the store, only to be disrespected by the young man who was there. He said the pizza looked fine ….. it did not and he was not going to remake the order. He stated he was the Manager when I requested the Manager. His rude behavior and disrespect was so undesired. I never cursed at him and again re stated that I have been ordering from this location for 3 years every Friday and I know their food quality is better than this. He refused to remake the order. I finally had to use my pizza rewards in( free pizza ) to get at one of the 2 pizzas replaced. Needless to say, I will NEVER 👎🏽 order from Dominos again. After all there are other Pizza Restaurants to order from. I did want to share this experience though. I also recorded the incident on my phone if the REAL MANAGER would like to see it.

Gave our pizza to another customer, messed up our other pizzas by not adding sauce. Another time they added the wrong toppings. Other locations didn't mess up this much. In total with them having to remake the entire order it took 47 minutes.

Ordered my pizza at 543. It was Valentine's Day so I figured it would take awhile. At around 640 got notification the delivery driver was pulling up but he never showed up. Marked my pizza as delivered and it wasn't. No big deal. Called the store 3 different times and was on hold for 15 min each before someone would pick up and hang up the phone. Had to leave Valentine's dinner early cause my kids were starving at home to go to the store where they would not issue a refund. Also, had to wait longer for them to make my food again. The manager rolled her eyes when I stated I wanted my food but I also wanted my refund for 3 1/2 hours of my time. But she stated she can't do that so in other words they get my tip and delivery fee when I did all the work for the most part. Also, while in the store they had no orders on the screen and the phone was ringing off the hook and they just stood around. Way to many problems at this place.

I don't know why I tried again. This was two of their pizzas with supposedly 'extra cheese', which NEVER seem to be any more than the original amount. The New Yorker pizza was terribly dry and tasted like board. My Alfredo pizza seems to have very little sauce, and cheese/ingredients stopped a quarter inch from crust. I'd rather pay the absorbant prices of the little chains than waste my money trying to save a couple of bucks. Overall HORRIBLE

The Pizza here was great until few months ago. It has started to come as almost raw even when I selected well done it was not enough
