Ordered a pizza (after 1.5 hours later, we called to see what the status is and and all they do is transfer us to a different number and after waiting 18 mins, the line picked up and just went silent. We called from a different number, and it was the same scenario. No delivery and now we’re trying to call around to figure out how we can get our money back after they charged us.

My Fiancé and I ordered a "Build Your Own" Pizza online and tipped as well, but when we received our order, half of our pizza was missing 2 toppings. When we called, the employee we spoke to had a bit of an attitude and so we eventually ended up going to the location to get the situation rectified. We ended up going to the store location from which we received our order and ended up getting a free pizza. However, the hassle of it all was just a waste of our time and we won't be ordering anything from Domino's Pizza anymore.

Order arrived late and cold due to driver taking to many and stops and getting lost, per driver. Called store and spoke to Louis, store manager, he did not care and never apologized. He just told me I can only pick up from now on. This location is a joke and so is the store manager.

I don't remember a bad experience in 30 years. Sometimes they don't have enough workers, but, what else is new?We live on a block across the street from 3 or 4 other pizza restaurants, but my husband drives much farther too get better pizza.
Driver delivered the wrong order. Mistakes happen. But my granddaughter was upset when he left because she is three and doesn’t understand the concept of the pizza man leaving without delivering her pineapple pizza and loaded tots. The delivery guy came back later which is fine if the food is at least warm. But the pizza and tots were very cold. I filed a complaint on the app. They offered 20% off my next order. Big whoop. That doesn’t make up for cold food. Especially the tots where the cheese was hard & rubbery. I’m a huge Dominoes fan. But this location? Not so much. Yuk!

With no explanation as well. Tried to give them another chance but why bother now if this is how they treat their customers.

I ordered a pizza plus a chicken pasta. The pasta was dry and had barley any chicken. This was the worst one I ever ordered ? then my pizza was dry as well. They charged me for parmesan cheese and crushed peppers when papa John's and pizza hut gives it for free. Let's not forget I picked my pizza up. I'm upset I wasted my money and passed by papa John's,pizza hut and Johnny's pizza for a dry pizza and over charged toppings. It must only be this location because I'm from California and they would NEVER ??✌️
