Dumpling Master | BubbleTea & Noodles

Did a large to go order. Everything was 100% correct which is rare. Many places treat carry out like an afterthought. Dumplings were delicious and the chicken dish was excellent. Highly recommend

We walked in before 6pm on a Friday evening, expecting it to be busy but stood basically in the doorway for a little more than 5 minutes. No one acknowledged us or offered assistance. One worker was at the counter working. People were going to get their own water and paper plates for their meal. Then a couple walks up and cuts in front of us and two other people. Much to their surprise they didn't get service either as we watched them wait. Having robot waiters is not going to solve the issues, novelty is not always something to be impressed by. Seeing other reviews with issues on the ordering, the orders, and customer service is not promising. The one star reviews were very accurate in our experience and I won't be going back.

Delicious Szechuan chicken and wontons in chili oil. Will be back.

Right in the heart of Peachtree City. Let me be the first to dig deep and tell you all about it, if I may.
I must mention that their menu is exquisite, but their signature dishes include their handmade dumplings. And they make these unctious, startlingly delicious dumplings right before your eyes!!

I made a few inquiries and got a few bits of inside information...
1) This is not a franchise, they own their own restaurants. So they control quality and how things are done at each location. Peachtree City is not their only location they have one in Alpharetta and in Chamblee, that Chamblee location just opened

2) They make their tea fresh every morning so at the end of the day, it's thrown away. It's gotta be fresh, I like that.
3) If you're really into tea or Bubble Tea you've just gotta try theirs. They make their fruit tea with loads of fresh fruit and a bit of fruit syrup, they use healthy Red Tea for their Milk Tea and Green Tea is added to their fruit teas
4) another honorable mention is that they get their products from reputable suppliers like Costco and Sysco. This means that fruits and vegetables and other ingredient products are quality products, not unknowns. They want their brand to be superior so they don't just get their products from just anybody.
5) last but certainly not least: sorry to say you won't see Dumpling Master at any of the local outdoor festivals or foodie fairs. They care very much that their dishes are made fresh and served right to you. That's their mission so keeping meats, fruits and vegetables at the right temperature is key. They prefer not to step away from their in-house kitchen and freezer/fridge environment... that way, they can ensure the freshest ingredients stay fresh. As much as I think they could use the exposure to get more customers, I find this stance on quality admirable!!

On this visit I tried their soup dumplings which was divine... And no, they are not in a soup, nor is there soup inside of them... the flavor was like chinese soup. They came to the table by a rolling robot delivery server in a bamboo steamer, hot and freshly made. There are different sauces already on the table... But the soup dumplings come with their own dipping sauce. It was delectable.
I like the way this place does business, it's a bit ahead of its time, very self-service and techno. Use the QR code on your phone camera to scan the menu. Self-serve water station was a nice touch, and you will enjoy standing in front of the glass screen watching their culinary artisans make the dumplings one by one.
Definitely a must-go-again place.

This is a monthly tradition for my wife and I to stop by here for lunch or dinner and let me tell you, there is no place better to get a good meal with an amazing staff and laid back atmosphere! This place deserves all the love!

Absolutely loved it! Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had — fresh, flavorful, and not greasy at all!

waited over 30 minutes for an order of dumplings at a dumpling restaurant at lunch time (not overly crowded) That being said, the dumplings were delicious.

SO GOOD. I wish i could post a pic of the Spicy Shrimp Noodles i got. Ingredients were so fresh I can’t wait to try more on the menu! Large portions and so good.

I stopped in for lunch and had the Peking Duck Bun (7/10), and the Pork Soup Dumplings (9/10). Everything is served via these cool robots….if you’re close by, go immediately, if not sooner.

By the way, if you don’t know soup dumplings have scalding hot soup inside them……let them cool off a little!

Phenomenal place to go if you like fresh items! We got the Shrimp fried rice, Shrimp dumplings, pork Sumai and Shrimp Har Gaw and it was so good. Definitely will be returning !

Very nice welcoming and atmosphere. I truly loved the pork wonton soup, it was very tasty and full filing, there's a robot bringing the food which i find very cool. I would definitely come back.

Dumpling Master in Fayetteville is a real gem!

I’ve tried a lot on their menu and I like everything. The duck was slightly dry, but that was still tasty. I have to say they made us a tea once that my daughter didn’t like so they offered to remake any other ones she wanted. It was so very nice. I love watching the chef make them in the room with us; she’s so cool. Everything’s always so fresh. I’m addicted. ? The soup dumplings… So good
