I’ve got to give a shoutout to this Dunkin’! At other locations, the coffee can be a bit hit or miss, but this one is always on point and perfect every time. Their breakfast items are always fresh too, which I really appreciate. Big thanks to the team at 1211 HWY 24 for keeping it consistent!

Great coffee, but the service was lacking. I waited 10 minutes for a pickup order that wasn’t started, while one employee ignored it and the other focused only on walk-ins. The restroom also had no toilet paper or paper towels. Needs improvement.

Waited 25 minutes in line to pick up my mobile order. They didn’t fill my latte all the way up.
Ordered a nitro brew for $3.84 after tax. Got about 2oz of coffee because the employee wasn’t patient enough to let foam settle or hold the tap in the proper position so it didn’t spit out foam the entire pour. I’ll spend more at Starbucks for a proper pour. Do not recommend.

Service is always really slow? (Currently sitting behind two cars in the drive thru for 15 minutes so far) Food is good. Crew is just ok. I think they work with only one to two people per shift.
