The “wut else” and “that all” and “wut u mean” is it for me. Need to work on customer service skills. Food is sloppily packaged for to go orders and the dine in area is very sterile.

Terrible! I came in here and waited at the counter for 15mins before someone came and took my order and there was no line it was just me. Second finally the staff came to me and she asked for my order she was very rude and kept rolling her eyes. I also found hair in my food. Bad place to get food. Don’t recommend at all.

Man the dog that was running this place this morning was a real G! I just crashed my car this morning and he really made my day a whole lot better and gave me a donut on the house. Bro had no idea how rough my morning was and was really so nice and actually wanted to b doing his job! Props do u bro, dont ever stop being u!

Service is okay but they are always out of powdered donuts and donut holes every time I come to this location. Can management please add more powdered donuts and donut holes to your daily inventory? I would love to give a better rating.
I had a mobile order at this store; when I arrived and asked if I could add something, the employee (a young, brunette girl) looked at me like I was the biggest inconvenience. She rolled her eyes and sighed. Not only were they rude, but when I left with only my original order, it was completely wrong. Horrible experience!

I don’t normally go to Dunkin’ Donuts but I decided to go before work to get a cup of coffee. I like sweet froufrou drinks so I tried a frozen caramel latte and it was AMAZING!!! A sweet young girl by the name of Crystal helped me with my order. Great customer service & quick. I will definitely be back to this DD!!! Thanks Crystal!
