Staff was very rude and threw the bag of food on the counter. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheeses, was only given one. Coffee was not filled to the top, had about 10% empty

I usually always go to Foxtail (overall amazing) but when my child wants a donut we will stop by Dunkin. The last time we came by we never received service so we just ended up leaving and going to tasty donuts (a few months ago) today we received service in the drive thru and it was extremely unpleasant. As a customer service worker myself (waitress) it’s unacceptable to do these types of jobs and hate it because the attitude reflects. Two stars for the food because my child liked the donut (surprise) my espresso drink was nasty and a waste of money. The girl at the window when they finally came to collect my money literally just said the total, nothing else. This location is pathetic. To say the least. Here is a picture of my shaken espresso…. watered down and the taste I’ll give a 1/10.

This store has improved dramatically over recent months. There was an extended period where in-store was closed and you could only order via the drive-thru, the store would be closed early, and poor service meant pruduct quality was all over the place. Service can still occasionally be inconsistent, but the pruduct standard has normalized.

Always a great stop! The coffee is fresh and bold, and the donuts are always delicious. Fast and friendly service. Love grabbing an iced latte and a Boston Kreme to start my day

You shouldn’t have two kids dealing with a morning rush. Ridiculous there’s not an adult manager on site to lead things.

They forgot my coffee and I had to wait 40 minutes.

My advice, go through the drive thru. They should close down the dine-in section. Makes it simpler for everyone. Also, schedule better. Two teens aren’t going to be the best bet for any morning rush at a coffee shop. It’s just too busy!

The “wut else” and “that all” and “wut u mean” is it for me. Need to work on customer service skills. Food is sloppily packaged for to go orders and the dine in area is very sterile.

Terrible! I came in here and waited at the counter for 15mins before someone came and took my order and there was no line it was just me. Second finally the staff came to me and she asked for my order she was very rude and kept rolling her eyes. I also found hair in my food. Bad place to get food. Don’t recommend at all.
